Zambia national Team Gets 1-Year Proflight Deal

Proflight has offered African champions Zambia free air tickets for one year.

The airline has given the offer to Zambia following the teams Africa Cup victory last February in Libreville, Gabon.

“These tickets are for a year and members of the team will go anywhere we go to our destinations,”Proflight Zambia operations manager Philip Lemba said at a press briefing held at Football House in Lusaka on Monday.

“Proflight wants to be part of the team and be part of FAZ efforts to bring glory to this country.

  3. This is what we need. Companies that are pro-active and serving not only their own interests but that of the country.

  4. Are these tickets for the team that won the cup or the current crop of players?
Are they for a single or multiple journeys?

  5. This was offered to FAZ like a hand-out….if FAZ is savvy and shrewd which kalu is certainly not they could have negotiated a sponsorship deal with this Airline to be their Zambian Official Airline carrier and then approached the likes of KLM/Kenya Airlines or Emirates or British Airways to be their official international carrier. Wake up!!!

    • Ba Jay Jay, how do u compromise a gift/present that is already in question?
Faz can only do that upon completion of this deal. I wish you knew how MTN came into Zambia and steal the National soccer Team sponsorship lime light within a short period of time, how the National Team ended up using those Nike Jersey and whos been behind that. I think i would ask you to wake up intead…be exposed to things and different enviroments by travelling and meeting different people in the corporate world. There is a lot of improvement on our National soccer Team both off and on Pitch lately!
