  1. Genesis 1 vs 29 says “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat”.Why ukwikata umuntu over a herb God gave mankind as food.Mano ayabi sana. The dude should be released.High time they legalized the plant too.

  2. Let’s see whose case will reach judgement earlier: Dandy Crazy or Akapelwa? Because Dandy sand the PF national anthem, I expect the Director of Public Prosecutions to delay the case and in the end enter a nolle prosecu… Meanwhile, I predict that Susiku Akapelwa, for calling sata stupid, will be jailed by tuesday next week. In zambia we have even lost our sense of humour! The air in the country stinks!

    • THE CASE INVOLVING DEFAMATION OF THE PRESIDENT IS STRAIGHT FORWARD WHILE THE CASES MENTIONED ARE A BIT MORE COMPLICATED AND REQUIRE A LOT OF EVIDENCE, SO, YOU ARE RIGHT TO SAY DEFAMATION CASE WILL BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY.

  3. I am of ze opinion DEC shud b following serious cases bcoz a simple cost-benefit analysis will attest to ze fact dat it was not worth it pursuing ze singer as far as Luanshya for a mere 14grammes of cannabis, surely wat is the value in relation 2 costs incurred 2 arrest him. 4 yo information in Holland they even hav cafes wer pipo can freely enjoy the stuff. Why all the intimidation over fwaka ya chingoni!

  4. Hahahaha kekekeke BEST friend of the leader!! The king even honored him on independence day. PF awe mwe!
I can’t even want to read what he was trafficking, I guess is what is commonly consumed at plot 1.

  5. 14 grams is nothing. Come on. Let the man go. Trafficking, as if he had huge quantities. Such a small amount calls for a fine of less than 30 US dollars, or a week of community service. Ba DEC, follow the real drug dealers. Follow the heroin trail from Tanzania to Chibolya.

    • IT MAYBE NOTHING IN QUANTITY BUT THE DAMAGE IT CAN CAUSE IS SERIOUS. WORSE STILL THE AUTHORITY DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH WAS HIDDEN AND FOR HOW LONG HE HAS BEEN DEALING IN THE SAME. SO, THE LAW SHOULD DEAL WITH THESE CHAPS WHO DEFILE SOCIETY WITH SUCH SUBSTANCES IN A VERY FIRM WAY.

    • What was the intent in this case selling or consumption?? They have to ask him the source regardless of the intent

  6. at the headline I thought “Dandy Crazy moving that weight eh” then see its 14 gramms…charge him for posession give him a fine and let him go..prisons too overcrowded as it is….

  7. Donchi kubeba ….. haashiiishii………….donkey kubeba hashishi, do hashiiiiishiii……… !!!!!!! and so the nation became confused like it had donchi hashishi kubeba……. hassshiiiiiiiishsshshsiiisi…….PF!!!!!!!!!!

…. at least Focus your energy on those immigration people at kazungula because believe me it is not just those two who have a case to answer, that is just a tip of the ice berg. fraudulent activities go on there daily in full view of everyone. it has been so for years.

    • YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED WITH REASON. ALTHOUGH I DO NOT ENTIRELY AGREE THAT YOUR D CRAZY MUST BE LEFT SCOT-FREE. CHILDREN LOOK TO ARTISTS MORE THAN THEY DO TO POLITICIANS. SO, THEY ARE READILY AND EASILY EMULATED BY MOSTLY YOUNG PEOPLE. D CRAZY MUST BE TAUGHT A GOOD LESSON.

    • Point taken Peter but please dont get me wrong, i do not condone his habit at all. The thing is he has been like this ever since. Why make a big deal of arresting him now.
I say go after the guy who supplies Dandy and Suggest rehab to Dandy = had we such facilities because as others have already rightly pointed out my guess is, that amount was for his own consumption… Am just saying there are bigger fishes out there for DEC to fry.

    • Is it ba MMD or UPND after him? Rule by Law, ma please haaasshiiiiissshiiii donchi kubeba…………………….hashi hashishiiiiii Dont worry he will be pardoned since he has the highest medal in Zed for hasshiisshiilllliiiiiiiiiiii donchi kubeba hashi donchi kubeba and also endorsed by airtel, zambitious…….. he is hashishsiiiii zambitious airtel donchi kubeba…………………..

  9. At state house, there is “mutoto”, PF praise singer is a ganja man! What is happening to the country 🙂

  10. For sure dont trouble Dandy Crazy it is waste of time to be tracking our stars over little Ganja for smoking, he did not traffic in Dobo and he does not smoke in public washi mulekonkakoka. please follow serious issues if he had kilos of dobo yes, imwe ba DEC you know your uncles and grands who smoke at your villages and even in public why dont you arrest them first, lets be fair with our Artist. all you would have done was to caution him, we all smoked before.

  11. How do you arrest someone with ganja meant for his consumption and label him as a drug trafficker.I don’t think he is a pusher. What I want to believe is that Dandy is being silenced.I have reliable info that Dandy is about to release a song to apologize to the Zambian people for being part of this Gon’ga government during campaigns as his song was so critical in duping the Zambian populace into voting for this lie riddled boma!My appeal to Dandy is to release this song even behind prison walls.Good luck King Dandy.
