    • He claims he now understands why Zambia is failing to win games after his meeting with the “coach”, my foot. Did he have to hold such a meeting to know why Zambia has never convincingly won a game after Afcon 2012? The reasons are simple, the players became big headed after they got all that money and most of them reached retirement age in football. We don’t have new blood in the team other than Mukuka Mulenga, some players are never substituted no matter their forms. What can Kabwili understand about soccer?

  1. The problem at FAZ is bigger than people will came to know one day.The technical director at faz is the assistant to the coach and reports to the coach,Faz has got too much money now that the government should stop funding. Please send auditors now to football house and you will see the mess.Coming to the coach i do not know.Just enpower Zambian coaches by sending them for training when the league is in recess using the money you are paying the current coach.Let us look for managers in FAZ who are not there for money, all the contract are a secrete and signed by individuals.Just one question to FAZ,how much have you made from the sells and transfer of players from 2010 today?compare the answer to the amount in the audited books of accounts from 2010 to date and you will see what am talking

  2. I always admire Ghana football association. They have a vibrant youth football policy. They are always at Under 20 ,under 17 football tournaments. They then infuse young blood into the national team and the results are there to show.As for Zambia?well,we are damn good at football statistics. We win matches on paper.Kalu and team at FAZ house have run out of Ideas.
    SOLUTION:
1.We need a complete new team at FAZ.
2.Employ a highly qualified expatriate coach to be assisted by 2 local coaches for a maximum period of 2 years.
In addition, get a local technical director who is conversant with Zambian football.
Don’t forget a football psychologist.Zambian players need one. They get carried away too easily.Remember the 1994 AFCON team, and now the current team.
