Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General Winter Kabimba says opposition MMD candidate Evelyn Mwanawasa is not a threat in the forth coming Kafulafuta by-election.
Mr. Kabimba said that this is because Ms. Mwanawasa cannot ride on the legacy of her late brother , President Levy Mwanawasa.
The PF Secretary General said this in an interview in Ndola, yesterday.
The Kafulafuta seat fell vacant after area Member of Parliament James Chishiba ditched the former ruling party to join the ruling Patriotic Front.
He joined the PF along with Kafulafuta MMD district executive.
And Mr Kabimba has said the PF is headed for a landslide victory in Kafulafuta as MMD did not leave any development in the area during the reign of late president Levy Mwanawasa.
Mr Kabimba who is also Justice Minister said no matter what kind of force is formed by the opposition in Kafulafuta the PF will scoop the seat.
He said for the first time in the history of Zambia the PF is the only party which is dedicated to taking development to all parts of the country.
He also appealed to traditional leaders to encourage their subjects in all the four areas where there are by-elections to go and vote in numbers.

The statement above is not true considering that it is only a few months ago Sata said he will not take development to parts which do not support PF, this is on record and Choma town is the witness number one.

PF Kabimba Sata seem to be suffering from amnesia/forgetifulness.MMD left a very strong base for them to ride on.All the programmes they boast about,were initiated by MMD.Road Infrastructure(Formular One-now Link Zambia 800 ),Ecomomic Zones(now Economic Clusters),Ring Roads,Clinics and Schools,Eurobond etc.Please pipo of Zambia never be cheated, this BUFI Govt.has not initiated anything they can claim to be their own original PamaFi(PF) Manifesto Plan.
