Opposition ABZ leader Fr Frank Bwalya has charged that the PF government will never settle down.
Fr Bwalya said the PF has continued behaving like amateurs even after clocking two years in government.
Fr Bwalya was speaking Monday morning when he featured on the Lusaka Star radio programme on UNZA Radio.
“This is a party without any direction, they don’t seem to know where they are going, they are confused and they will never settle down,” Fr Bwalya stated.
He said some people and organisations resisted condemning the PF early in their administrations because they wanted to give them time to settle.

“What has become apparent is that these people will never settle down. Some of the policy mistakes they are making are so basic and childish.”
Fr Bwalya stated that the two years of Zambia under the PF has proven that the party was meant to be in opposition forever.
“How does a President go to Chawama and announce that he wants all the roads in Chawama done without any regard to the national budget?”
“We all want our respective roads done up but you don’t run the country like that. On what basis is he making such a policy pronouncement without consultations?”
Fr Bwalya said the PF will continue governing in a confused manner even in its final year of the first term.
“Even in 2016, PF will never settle, there is just too much confusion in this government,” he stated.

Allow people who are independent to make an observation fr Bwalya,you are not the right man to tell us, we are seeing for ourselves. What kind of an opposition are you? just tell us how you are going to rule the next generation if at all you became a president in another planet. Ever since you formed your party you have always been on PF neck and what happens when they lose power in 2016? How are u going to campaign?
