Ex-Chipolopolo striker Francis Kombe recored a brace on Wednesday as Power Dynamos sent Kalulushi Modern Stars to Division One with a 2-1 win in Kitwe.
The win has pushed Power from 9th to 6th position on the FAZ Super League table.
Kombe stole the limelight with goals in the 24th and 29th minutes.
Erick Chisala gave Kalulushi a 23rd minute lead tapping in from close range before Kombe equalised seconds later.
He completed his double with a powerful header before the two teams endured a goalless second half.
Kalulushi missed a great chance to equalise when late substitute Joseph Bwalya headed over the bar from inside the box.
Power have bounced back from last Sunday’s shocking 2-1 away loss to demoted Lime Hotpsurs.
Meawhile, the Arthur Davies side now shifts focus to this weekends big Kitwe derby against rivals and league leaders Nkana.
