Leaders Nkana take the short trip to Ndeke on a business trip visit resurgent neighbours Power Dynamos in the final installment of the 2013 Kitwe derby at Arthur Davies Stadium.
Nkana convincingly beat Power 2-0 in the first leg on July 3 to stay top of the table and where they have barely left since the start of the 2013 season.
However this weekend, they face a seemingly reborn Power who have lost just one of their last 11 games and are currently 6th on the log after earlier seriously flirting with the prospect of relegation.
Tennant Chilumba had the unenviable opportunity to lose that first leg meeting in what was his third game in charge during a dreadful opening six games at the helm in which he lost a forgettable five matches.
On Saturday, his swashbuckling, free-passing side has a chance to get revenge over sworn enemy Nkana who have enviously outshined and out-celebrated Power this season.
It will be a very bitter pill to swallow for Power if they lose at home because the result will see Arthur Davies take the joyous semblance of Wusakile for what will seem like a lifetime after fulltime.
However, it might not matter whatever the result in the derby if Zanaco, who have failed to successfully defend their FAZ Super Division title, do Nkana a favour and beat Zesco United down the carriageway in Ndola.
Should that irony of Week 29 manifest itself at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, it will hand Nkana the Trophy with a game in hand and see them pick up their first title since 2001 and also set a historic 12th title.

We will finish the business at Arthur Davis Stadium! Go Nkana, go!
That is some good writing of soccer article… unfortunately too short an article. Next time long one.
Power 3 – 1 Nkana ( I don’t like Nkhana, they behave like PF)
how sweet it is to day to cross Ndola dual carriage way and come back not only with 3 points but also with a 12th league title in our copala bag. Which any other team can equal us pa zed? tu power ha ha ha ha …………..final score power 0:3 nkana.
Kalampa all the way
What about Nchanga, I thought they too have a chance? The focus appears to be on ZESCO and Nkana only! Watch Nchanga as ZESCO and Nkana may lose their last two games and they win both.
Ya Nchanga also have a glimmer of hope !
Aba Yellow. Dynamooooooooo
Aka Red …!
Kalampa for life,,wishing my team well.
ZESCO HAV SCORED MORE GOALS AS COMPARED TO NKANA & RANGERS…SHUD POWER BEAT NKANA, RANGERS BEAT KONKOLA AND ZEGA MAMBO BEAT ZANACO,,THEN LAST GAMES,,SHUD AROWS BEAT NKANA, ZESCO DRAWS RANGERS THEN LEAGUE GOES TO ZEGA SECONDED BY BRAVE RANGERS…STALEMATE
CHIEF COUNT PROPERLY ! IF THE GAMES GO AS YOU SAY , THEN SECOND WILL BE NKANA , NOT RANGERS ! NKANA ARE ALREADY GUARANTEED SECOND PLACE !
THAT WILL MEAN ALL THREE TEAMS WILL BE ON 55 POINTS ! BUT IF YOU LOOK AT RANGERS GOAL DIFFERENCE , IT IS THE MOST INFERIOR AMONG THE THREE TEAMS !
BUT HEY , I THINK IT IS AGONY FOR THOSE OF YOU COUNTING ON NKANA LOSING BOTH GAMES ! WHAT ABOUT A SIMILAR SCENARIO AS ABOVE BUT WITH NKANA LOSING TO POWER BUT DRAWING AGAINST ARROWS ?
ya ba nkana
I would love this league to finish in a grand style. It will feel good for the league champions to the crown on the last games. For that to be posibble then today;s games should finish as follows;
Power win over Nkana
Nchanga win over Konkola
Zesco win over Zanaco
what do others think?
I think you’re an a.sshole
league yaba Bravo………………………..
FAZ should keep an eye on the Konkola vs Rangers game ! There is a high potential of fixing it coz Blades are not fighting for anything. They also ganged up with Rangers against Nkana when there was that violence at Konkola stadium !
AGONY IS : ” HOPING NKANA LOSE BOTH THEIR LAST TWO GAMES TO HAVE ANY CHANCE OF WINNING THE TITLE ” ! ( HA , HA , HA ,HA ! )
Nkana will possibly loose all the remaining games…….. they are the weakest of the remaining oponents……. too much noise for nothing…. the baggers play football which has no pattern…………. every in the team just aimlessly punts the ball and wait for the fans to instruct the REF that there is foul or ………….

What’s this a’m hearing? ati tu supper sport will not cover power vs nkana match. Who cares, we will park the Arthur Davis stadium and rewhite wash tu dynamo paste 0:3.
Favour all the way.
I would like Nchanga to carry the year nowarnder iwas also in for front to support the selling of the game between konkola and nchanga.efyo nshilile namukutamba, nabandishamo ishingi saana.
Hope Nchanga Rangers fans have not stopped dreaming. Let me remind you, Blades 2 Rangers 0. So mathematics yenu can’t work.
What was the final score?
Nkana 1 Power 1.This means both Nkana and Zesco are level on 57 points.Zesco has a superior goal difference of 30 and Nkana 17.This means the league winner will only be determined on the last match of the league
Sorry bloggers,my comments at No 17 are misleading,Nkana now has 56 points and Zesco 54 points after 29 games.
NKANA IS THE EXACT REPLICA OF CHIPOLOPOLO LEAVING EVERY THING UNTILL THE LAST MINUTE AND HOPE YOUR FRIENDS DO THE JOB TAFIBOMBA!
