  1. How long are we going to keep this “coach”….we are not going ANYWHERE with this man, the clock is ticking instead of hiring an experienced coach to build a new SQUAD we are busy sleeping like we did after we won the AFCON.

    • Ha….. Ba Jay jay already you are raising the red flag? Am sure your subordinates shiver with fear at the sound of your footsteps!

    • @Cindy – just browse through Patrice Beaumelle’s CV he was an assistant to HR for the Angola national team in 2010, assistant to HR at Algerian club USM Alger in 2011. In all honesty this boy is just too under qualified to manage a national team or even a top team in our league. He is merely a blue print of HR as he has never worked under anybody else at international level…he is just building up his resume at our expense and docile as we are sleeping.

    • I understand your concern. It is cheap for us to let him finish his contract. To be fair to him, let him prove himself. So far, it has not been the case. At least he will disqualify himself. For now, lets be Zambians and support our team. Trust me for now that is the cheap way because the contract was not revised. He is just finishing up the contract as assistant.

    • @Jay Jay, what was your first job, if you never got promoted after working under your first manager in 5 years, then you worth going back to school to get trained as a manager.
Patrice is a great achiever and inspirational, just like OBAMA. From very little “experience” he is able to lead people who are better than him.
Patrice, don’t need to train or teach any of those players how to play, those players need inspiring leaders who are: PATRICE BEAUMELLE and CHINTU KAMPAMBA, the most likeable guys in Zambian football at moment, I wish TENANT or SAILETI was part of it too.

    • @Nostradamus Why don’t we send one of our coaches to France and see if they will be awarded the selfsame opportunity even after they get their UEFA coaching badges. The wouldn’t even be offered a job as assistant coach for 2nd division French team.
      Wake up!

  2. @Martin there is nothing to prove here. The chap like his former boss HR just came to add meat to their lean CV. when the cat gets fat enough, he will leave to look for greener pastures. The chancer has lost 3 games in a row. its time we hire a reputable coach rather than keeping this CV chaser.

    • I am with you but let him finish that contract as assistant while we are shopping around. We also have to do more with the league. Get it more challenging. Remember sport goes with the economy. The economy back home is not the greatest, hence less investments into sport (Less sponsorship)

  3. I honestly think that zambia nids a french coach.
My proposal is based on my observation that french coaches have made the west african teams to excell.
The other aspect i have liked is that chipolopolo have bcm a physical team that can much any1 on any day.

  4. The person who sang the Zambia national anthem at the Barclays Cup final between Nchanga and Red Arrows had the lines mixed-up. Please ensure proper rehearsing in the future.

  5. Using the “pilot system” of organization, the binder concept and the check-off lists will accelerate your book writing.

Skype comes built into the system so that users can make Skype Video Calls.
In my opinion, we haven’t got there yet; however we are getting close to
that breaking point with the franchise.
