The newly elected Mufulira Blackpool executive committee is targeting to facilitate the club’s return to the FAZ Super League after 14 years in Division One North.
Blackpool last featured in the elite league in 1999.
Blackpool vice secretary Rafael Kamanga said the Isaac Mwale chaired executive is eager to see the FAZ Division One North bounce back to the Super League.
“Our vision is to ensure that Blackpool wins promotion back to the Super League,” Kamanga said.
Other members of the new Blackpool executive are Luka Kapindula who is the vice chairperson, treasurer Eliam Katyali and Josephine Chanda who is the new secretary.
Committee members are Benedicto Mulenga, Derrick Mukuka, Pensulo Mwenda, Nelson Chibwe and Lubinda Mwape.
