Gender and Child Development Minister Nkandu Luo has urged the media to desist from publishing pictures of naked girls simply to make profits.

Professor Luo says it is unacceptable and morally wrong for the media to continue being excited with nude pictures of young girls in whatever circumstance.

She states that the media has a responsibility to safeguard the rights of the girl child by protecting their identity and never to expose them to the public regardless of the situation.

Professor Luo says she will not hesitate to condemn any media house that will be found wanting stating that Zambian girls ought to be respected regardless of their status in society.

She adds that it is also imperative for journalists to be highly professional and ethical whenever they interview children especially girls.

Professor Luo notes that there are a number of success stories which the media can do about girls who have excelled succeeded even after encountering negative situations in their life time.

    • I agree with her. There is a lot of voyeurism in Zambian journalism. One such example is The Post. They stalk night clubs and take pictures of girls in compromising situations and publish them. What gets me though is how men flock to buy the news-paper to look at those repulsive pictures. The girls are not even cute to start with and they have a “dirtyish” look about them. It makes me wonder what their wives or girlfriends look like.I found those pictures to be not only degrading to women but repulsive.

  1. Ba Professor, what if the nude girl in question is of public interest? What is or who is this professor trying to cover up? Or is she herself hiding something? The professor herself is not married since Dr Manda, how dodgie is that? Kabiyeni uko after your attempt to be VP. Next you will ban stand-up comedy the talks about women. Get a life . Afterall you are a minister.

  2. Wearing clothes is not an African culture mwebekalachalo!!

Before the slave masters ” Christian missionaries” blinded you with thier lies they found your ancestors naked without a thread on their backsides. They handed you a book of lies that you now know as ‘The” holy book.
They told you to abadoned your culture and aftrican traditions and gave you clothes to wear and told you were now civilized, te!!

Go to namibia and Bostwana, its sad to see bushmen/women/children/young & old who still walk around naked, brought into the towns and forced to wear second hand clothes and rags!!

They are more happy NAKED becuz they were born FREE!!

FREE FROM BRAINWASHING OF THE MIND frm CHILDHOOD

    tsk…tsk..

    • SO, WE SHOULDN’T BE USING MODERN TRANSPORT, MOBILE PHONES, ETC BECAUSE A WHITE GUY FOUND US USING ZAMFOOT AND PASSING ON MESSAGE TO ANOTHER VILLAGE BY BEATING DRUMS?

    • I PRAY FOR THE EYES OF THIS MAN TO BE OPEN. HOW CAN YOU CALL THE BIBLE A BOOK OF LIES? MAY GOD DELIVER YOU.

  3. Meanwhile…………. Tens Of Thousands if not Hundreds of Thousand Of Nude Pics of Zambian women are all over the “adult sites”.

Most of them taken secretly in hotel rooms and lodges by ‘sex tourists’ who’s visits to Zambia and other parts of Africa are mainly for that purpose ONLY!!

    Their motto is:-

“AFRICA-S€X-TOUR” to & abuse vulnerable young women.

How much are these retreats and how do I get to make the connection?

I am utterly surprised that nobody is mentioning Lusaka’s “Sweet Retreats” weekend.

My work colleague based in Lusaka introduced me to this woman who runs a sort of gentleman’s club and arranges these incredibly mind blowing weekends (Friday-Sunday) at a hotel on the outskirts of town called Garden House Hotel.

Basically, for a fee one is treated to two nights accommodation, a selection of lovelies to rival even the most jaded tastes and party sex games which will leave you panting for more.

I have found this arrangement risk-free, the girls ranging from 16 to 28 and beautiful with it and the prices, continued..

It looks to provide free access to the rooms by car or taxi without the hassles of desk clerks or guards. At Arcades, as mentioned in this thread, there are always FLs walking around or sitting at the large semi-open air bar / restaurant / clubs. Scoring would be totally easy and there were some hotties there. So the drill would be to enjoy a nice dinner, choose a companion, and head home to Grand Palace by taxi. Someone please try it and let me know….continued….

They are all over, however they are all low key. Aside from the girls flaunting it dressed to the nines.

From a previous post of mine:

There are many hot women who hang around at Rhapsody at Arcades. The key there is to make eye contact once. Then about 10 seconds do it again. If they’re still looking at you, you’re in. Very rarely has that formula not worked in Zambia. The only time it didn’t, she was flattered but said no. Risk versus return is awesome. If you give a woman 100, 000 (about $20) at the end of the evening, they will be your friend for life, you certainly can get away with paying half that, but hey, make her feel…

  7. Africa / Zambia

Zambia Sex Guide advises where to find sex, working girls, prostitution, street hookers, brothels, red-light districts, prostitutes, erotic massage parlors, strip clubs and escorts in Zambia, Africa.

Zambia is a state in Southern Africa. Roughly the size of Texas or France, Zambia is a landlocked country, bordered by Tanzania to the northeast, Malawi to the east, Mozambique to the southeast, Zimbabwe and Botswana to the south, a narrow strip of Namibia known as the Caprivi Strip to the southwest, Angola to the west, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the northwest.

  8. Ok mama your message is loud and clear. Whats substracts substantially from your position though is your loud silence on the girls mode of dress and the circumstances sorrounding their nudity.

Surely after chasing the bird of prey is not our responsibility also to scold the chiks for straying? As a woman make it your responsiblity to advise young girls to ensure their bodies are hidden. To condem one side brings us back to the issue of blaming the messenger and not the message.

Lusaka — Parliament adjourned sine die continued:

whose length was not any longer than the skirt. To crown it all, were a pair of black high heeled shoes. The sneering and jeering that followed the point of order was a sign of whispered rumblings that might have been going on from the moment Prof Luo walked into the House. Like a volcanic eruption, all the latent feelings and sentiments exploded onto the floor. Prof Luo was forced to make a fast exit, faster than her usual lazy, swanky step.
