FAZ MTN Premier League giants Power Dynamos have announced the signing of Teenage sensation Conlyde Luchanga on a two year deal.

Luchanga who won the 2015 MTN/FAZ Young Player of the Year Award will move to Arthur Davies stadium in Kitwe after helping Lusaka Dynamos survive relegation where he scored nine goals in his debut season in the topflight.

Luchanga Joined Lusaka Dynamos from Division One (South) Mazabuka United.

Power announced the signing of Luchanga in a brief posting on the club’s Facebook page.

‘We would like to inform PDFC fans that Conlyde Luchanga has joined Power Dynamos Football club. The talks for his move to Arthur Davies finished today 30/12/2015 at Cresta Golf View Hotel in Lusaka. Details of the transaction will be issued later by the PDFC secretariat.’

But it is believed that Power paid in the region of US$10,000 (about K110, 000) for Luchanga’s signature.

This was because Lusaka Dynamos Chairman Mofya Chisala had been quoted demanding for US$10, 000, a fee that original suitors ZESCO United failed to pay.

Luchanga, 18, stole the headlines when he came off the bench to make his Chipolopolo debut to help Zambia ease past Mozambique with a 3-0 scoreline in the first round first leg Rwanda 2016 qualifier played at Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola.

He also scored once at the African Under-23 Championship in Senegal where Zambia was eliminated in the first round.
