“Wina says government has started addressing poverty levels among rural women.”

Serious, 5 year of PF you never realized this was important, now trying to blindfold the masses, to get cheap political points. This message stinks.
Then she goes on to say ” …. people of Limulunga to ensure they vote for the PF.” Dont tell them what to do, but earnestly request them

  7. Did she say rurao poverty? She is getting older by the day. She cant even lift the hand high to give the PF symbol

  8. Gogo Inonge Wina! Your 5 years in office is up so tell us what have u achieved? What we know is that yr leader Lungu came in office as President with nothing and he is now K23.7million rich on an Annual Salary of K700000. Where did get this money? So u want another 5 year mandate to continue looting govt coffers and taking cuts from road contracts? U have looted enough and its time to go. Viva HH,GBM&UPND.

  9. Mama Wina here is something you and your PF party don’t seem to understand. The one who is very capable of addressing poverty issues in rural areas is that clueless Minister of Tourism and Arts. But this is what you get when you higher a grade 7 to run a complex sector even scholars to date find challenging. Jean Kapata always talks about the (MDG’s), United Nations Millennium Development Goals which she is obviously oblivious about. The goals include targets for poverty reduction, increasing education levels, empowering women, reducing child mortality and combating diseases such as AIDS/HIV and malaria. The MDG’s are important as they act as the frame-work for the development agencies of the developed world to intervene in the developing world. This is why we have to move tourism to…

  10. This is why we have to move tourism to either being sustainable or not, to one where the effort is focused upon moving all forms of tourism towards sustainability. Meaning no pocketing of tourism revenue and should be fairly distributed to communities, and no offering illegal licences for Trophy Hunting and no partaking in things people in rural areas don’t benefit from. Both you and Jean Kapata have failed women of Zambia and you should be embarrassed ushering such a statement. You both can retire early or wait to see what happens.
