Nchanga Rangers say they are prepared to face Green Buffaloes in Saturday’s FAZ Super Division match in Lusaka.
Buffaloes host Nchanga in the 13h00 kick-off match at Sunset Stadium.
In a pre-match interview, Nchanga assistant coach Evans Sakala declared the Chingola side ready to face Bilton Musonda’s Army side.
“Our preparations have been going on well. The boys have been putting in more efforts in training and we are ready for Saturday game,” Sakala said.
Coach Bruce Mwape’s Nchanga overcame Buffaloes 1-0 in the reverse fixture on April 9 in Chingola.
“The second round is crucial all teams want to get points. We beat them (Buffaloes) at home but they are a good side. I am sure they have prepared for us.”
Buffaloes are placed fourth on the table with 36 points from 21 matches, while ninth placed Nchanga have 27 points.
“Our position is not ok. We are supposed to be at least three or four places up the table. We need to regain for and move to a safer position,” Sakala said.
