  1. According to a statement issued by Chief Analyst for Press and Public Relations ….where? what kind of position is this Chief anaylst for press and public relations???

    • What more do you want and why? Is that not enough for you cadres? You don’t issue such statements for countries like Britain without facts, they can embarrass you. What you have read is what the queen has said, period.sorry your hatred will get you Mad. Lungu is the president and he has been recognized by the world. Where is HH and GBV?? Iam sure you are a lost ship not knowing where your master is hiding……HH says…we have overwhelming evidence to show that elections where rigged….When asked to produce the evidence, he goes to ZNBC…can you please give us clips for your news items from … to… what a Joker!!. policks te yabana imwe ba kontwe.

    • HM the Queen forgot to also congratulate His Excellence the President, Chief Petitioner, Cry Baby HaHa of the Republic of Dudumwezi

    • Thats a false message do not believe it at all. I am here the queen has done no such thing at all.

Has the Ambassador issued statement on ZNBC and you have watched it? If you have watched the ambassador then its true.

But I doubt it very much.

    • Legitimacy can not be forced. 75% of the population knows Lungu is an imposter. Even PF die hards know that deep down their hearts. We leave it to the Almighty.

    • Hahahaha!

Do these PF mouthpieces like “Chief Analyst for Press and Public Relations” !!! really think all people in Zambia are that 5TUPID??? If they think BULL55HIT baffles brains they have made a mistake and they are the F00LS.

This British Queen is Constitutionally not allowed to make such statements, and would NEVER do such a thing. She actually respects that countrys Constitution, unlike this Lungu thief that thinks ours is just there for him to ignore.

Any real “congratulations” would come from the Prime minister. The Queen is apolitical.

    • Her country looted and stole wealth from Zambia. And you’re busy thanking her for congratulating Lungu? Remind her to bring back our wealth.

  2. We are sick of this hear say cra.p , where are the full statments with signatures at the bottom to tie the said words to that person to prove authenticity.

PF lies again. Like the jimmy carter late nite phone call only for the carter center to deny this and shout at Lungu for being a violent thug……

    • LT doesn’t have authors of any news. They either copy paste from daily national or hearsay and mostly fro the grapevine unreliable sources. Don’t expect to read full stories here. If you want detailed news just Google.

  3. Your Majesty if this is really you, please don’t send your congratulations for he ‘Changwa’ is what we call a Kawalala. In English ‘a thief’.

  4. SURELY ZAMBIANS….. LET US PUT IN THE FEAR OF GOD BEFORE OUR EYES….
NAME CALLING , BAD MOUTHING WITH ALL INTENT TO RUB IT IN OTHERS SKIN IS EVIL IS NOT GOOD
MATTHEW 12:36,37 SAYS ” BUT I SAY TO YOU THAT FOR EVERY IDLE WORD MEN MAY SPEAK, THEY WILL GIVE AN ACCOUNT OF IT IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT.FOR BY YOUR WORDS YOU WILL JUSTIFIED, AND BY YOUR WORDS YOU WILL BE CONDEMNED.”
GALATIANS 6: 7 SAYS ” DO NOT BE DECEIVED , GOD IS NOT MOCKED ; WHATEVER A MAN SOWS THAT HE WILL ALSO REAP.”
DO NOT BE PART OF THE EVIL GOING IN THIS WORLD. FOR JESUS IS COMING SOON.

FEAR GOD IN ALL THINGS AND LIVE A RIGHTEOUS LIFE TO THE GLORY OF GOD.
NO MAN IS ABOVE GOD TO BE WORSHIPED.
ECL, HH, NAWAKI, WINTER, SINKAMBA,RB,NEVER, MILES,ECT ARE MERE HUMAN BEINGS… ALL THEIR GOOD ACTION ARE BUT FILTHY RAGS IN…

  5. HH and GBM are still embarking on their journey to ICC or it ICJ. I guess their constitution law experts wants to test their knowledge with worlds best. It is good as an academic exercise. Moving forward and extending the boundary of constitution law. It also shows how far detached they are to the real world. As far us , we will remain in Zambia where we belong. Amapulukuta nama tukutuka.

  6. In Europe, the progress of those countries in the former Soviet bloc that embraced democracy stand in clear contrast to those that did not. After all, the people of Ukraine did not take to the streets because of some plot imposed from abroad. They took to the streets because their leadership was for sale and they had no recourse. They demanded change because they saw life get better for people in the Baltics and in Poland, societies that were more liberal, and democratic, and open than their own.

  7. So those of us who believe in democracy, we need to speak out forcefully, because both the facts and history, I believe, are on our side. That doesn’t mean democracies are without flaws. It does mean that the cure for what ails our democracies is greater engagement by our citizens — not less.

  8. So, yes, my views are shaped by the specific experiences of America, but I do not think this story is unique to America. Look at the transformation that’s taken place in countries as different as Japan and Chile, Indonesia, Botswana. The countries that have succeeded are ones in which people feel they have a stake.

  9. Jay Jay what is your real problem with having ECL congratulated by anyone? What are you gaining in arguing all day long? Find something to do to better your life sir or madam.

    • I am sure JJ would not care!

He is just pointing out that these PF cadres have been caught out AGAIN telling barefaced LIES to the Zambian people.

      And LIES have short legs.

    • I detest LAZINESS that is my problem…You will be going home soon with Lazy Lungu on that chartered jet just enjoy your shopping at GRZs expense; save some of those dollars tough times ahead!!

  10. This is not watchdog where anyone can just say anything without confirmation, the British embassy in zambia reads lusaka times, so this wouldn’t not have been said if she didn’t not pass her congratulations. Upnd supporters are not happy that her majesty the Queen herself is behind lungu. Zonda uzalema

    • Is lusaka times an accredited paper ? As a matter of fact LT peddles PF lies like ZNBC.

Like the lies about jimmy carter phoning lungu only for the carter center to deny that and instead rebuke lungu for his violence.

  11. Lusaka Times please reduce these stories of the world congratulating ECL. HH and GBV will lose weight and develop heart attacks. Please

    • Losing weight for GBV would be very welcome. As it is, the violent thug is a heart attack and a stroke just waiting to happen.

  12. if i may ask why is it that in this election there is to much name calling and hate for sure something is not right may the good Lord help Zambia

  13. Thank you madam queen. Though we must note that your colonial administration left us in a mess. Few schools, weak capacity of institutions, poor rural development and an economic structure designed feed minerals to the industrial world. We should thank the British governments for their financial and technical assistance. However, We regret to inform you that we are not too better of than when the settlers handedover in 1964.

What we need is fair trade and investment. Access to your markets and less dumping in ours. On our part, we shall fight for good governance and civil liberties, which we are rapidly losing through Dununa Reverse.

    • DON T BLAME THE QUEEN? 51 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE AND WE ARE STILL VERY DEPENDENT ON THE OUTSIDE WORLD. SURE ALL THESE YEARS WE SHOULD BE SHINING NOW BUT SINCE YOU DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND? WE ARE THIS WAY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AT THE TOP ENRICH THEMSELVES AND FORGET THE MAJORITY POOR. SO DO NOT BLAME BRITAIN. BLAME OUR LEADERS.

  14. Imwe na imwe ba LT this is not news. Just because some colonial idol of yours congratulates Lungu doesnt mean this is important for all of us to know

  15. Guys do yo know why Miles Sampa had to leave PF and join the coalition of UPND? It is because he(Sampa) knew that PF will not win the 2016 elections from what he had experienced on the ground. But as things turned out, the PF rigged the elections and were declared winners. This must have puzzled Sampa who knew that there was no absolute way PF could have won it without having to bribe people with brown envelopes. And so it proved today Miles Sampa is asking for forgiveness to go back to PF…what a joke…honestly?? This guy must be avoided at all costs by any sound political party.

In Zambia, we need to enact a law preventing ‘prostitute’ politicians from crossing over to another party easily especially if it is a ruling party. That way we will also avoid to have in power the…

    • Only if you think your one vote counts several times would UPND win. Every sober Zambian knows that UPND is a Bantustan Party and should not be given a chance to rule. PABWATOOOOOOOO!

  16. Miles thought upnd would win coz that’s what kachema was assuring them but what was on the ground was very different, lungu did his homework, whilst kachema was trying to copy sata’s way of doing things and surrounded himself with the likes of gbm and guy Scott , that’s the reason why kachema kissed the dust

  17. So the queen issued a statement to the commissioner, who issued a statement to the analyst, who issued a statement to the LT, who issued a statement to the general public … Interesting!
