Seeing the Way God Sees
When God looks at mankind, He doesn’t see us as different races. He doesn’t see different social standings. He doesn’t see color or creed. God looks past all the superficial things that our culture seems to magnify—what we wear, what we drive and what we look like—and He sees us all the same; not black or white, just His beautiful creation. Not upper class or lower class; just one big family.
Sometimes people make the mistake of judging a whole race by a few people. We make sweeping generalizations, and it keeps us from enjoying the people God places in our lives. Today, if you’ve been looking at others through the traditions of the world, why don’t you open the eyes of your heart and see others the way God sees them? We are all here by His design and called according to His purposes. When we see others through His eyes, we can come together in unity and receive the blessing He has prepared for us!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, today I release every prejudice and judgmental attitude to You. I ask You to fill my heart with Your love and help me to see others the way You see me. Thank You for doing a work in my life and opening doors of blessing and increase before me in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Well, I don’t want to be like or serve a god who hates his enemies, kills and barbecues them to prove a point..
I have been a free person for few decades now and sometimes I look back at what I used to blindly believe in and how it almost messed up my life. The christian faith is like a person born in prison who has no idea what freedom is. You are born in it,taught how to live in it and have made a career for yourself as a good prisoner.
I noticed that individuals in a church are also held to this fearful world-view by the constant emphasis on evil and the ability of Satan, the devil. Everything is blamed on the devil and it is obvious the priests and pastors speak more about evil,fear than good.
Individuals are held to this fearful world-view by the constant threat of hell. That there is a continuous fear of hell within every christian as they are not sure if they will escape it or not. Ask…
I don’t go to church and won’t marry a lady that spends her time in church!
Blessed words. Society promotes all sorts of inadequacies. Even some churches and pastors discriminate and elevate the rich to positions of significance. This is a fantastic reminder of the nature of our God.
