In a post online, Dr Kambwili said that he will only address serious issues and not insults or inappropriate innuendos.

Evening all,
I receive thousands of messages and queries regarding the government’s positions on certain issues. I have decided as Chief Government Spokesperson and the person in charge of conveying government plans to make a special question time live on Facebook every Saturday from 9am till 10am.
I would like the general public to be in the know about all government activities and plans. I have decided to take time out of my busy schedule and attend to the questions and queries. Please take this opportunity to ask me anything Government related so that you are always in the know.
This programme will run for the entire 5 years for as long as I am Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services. Be aware that I will only address serious issues and not insults or inappropriate innuendo, I am doing this for the good of everyone so that Government and the people are always in touch.
Effective this Saturday I will go live on Facebook every Saturday, given that I am not on national duty … to address the general public, prepare your questions in the comment box and I will be more than happy to shed light on your queries.
