A 41 year old patient who was admitted at Chavuma Mission Hospital has committed suicide in an ablution block at the health facility.
The deceased identified as Ricky Kasangili from Chiyeke area in Chavuma district hanged himself using a lace from his track bottom which he tied to the toilet door.
North-Western Province Commissioner of Police, Hudson confirmed the incident to ZANIS today which occurred yesterday around 17:30 hours.Mr. Namachila stated that the deceased who is suspected to be a mental patient sustained a swollen neck.
