FAZ DIV 1 WRAP: Indeni in command of Zone 2

Indeni stayed top of the FAZ Division One Zone Two table following a 1-0 win over FQMO Mining Operation a home in Ndola at the weekend.

Veteran striker Graven Chitalu scored the goal that helped Indeni move to 27 points after 12 matches played.

This was Indeni’s seventh consecutive win under coach Mathews Ndhlovu who replaced Ronald Mukosha last month.

The Oil Men are leading with a one point gap as second placed Konkola Blades have 26 points after beating Gomes 1-0 away in Ndola.

Elsewhere, Mufulira Wanderers moved back into third place after edging Trident 1-0 in Kalumbila.

Forward Ashed Mwale scored for Mighty, who now sits on 25 points after playing 12 matches.

In Zone One, Young Buffaloes are leading with 26 points after 12 matches played while, Mpulungu Harbour are toping Zone Three with 25 points from 12 games.

Manchester U. Z. Academy are commanding Zone Four with a three point gap having picked 23 points from 12 matches played.
