Chipolopolo’s overseas stars returned to league action over the week after the International Match Week.

SOUTH AFRICA
-SuperSport United/Polokwane City: SuperSport United beat Polokwane City 6-5 on post-match penalties on Sunday after a 1-1 away draw in the Telkom Cup last 16.
Midfielder Salulani Phiri came on in stoppage time for Polokwane while striker Gampani Lungu started for SuperSport before he was substitute in the 113th minute of extra time.

Orlando Pirates: Orlando Pirates beat Chippa United 1-0 at home on Saturday to advance to the Telkom Cup quarterfinals.
Midfielder Augustine Mulenga played the opening 46 minutes while striker Justin Shonga started and completed the game without a goal.

-Mamelodi Sundowns: Mamelodi Sundowns beat Bloemfontein Celtic 1-0 on Saturday to advance to the last eight of the Telkom Cup.
Goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene was on the bench for Sundowns.

FRANCE
Metz kept their slender lead at the top of the Ligue 2 table following a 3-0 home win over 8th placed Niort on Friday.
Defender Stopilla Sunzu scored his first Ligue 2 goal of the season in the match he played the full 90 minutes.

SWEDEN
Forgotten 2017 U20 AFCON star midfielder Edward Chilufya did not make Djurgarden’s team in Sunday’s 0-0 home draw against AIK.

BELGIUM
Striker Fashion Sakala came on in the 46th minute of 10th placed KV Oostende’s 4-0 home loss to number six sides KAA Gent on Sunday.
Midfielder Emmanuel Banda was an unused substitute.

AUSTRIA
Altach: Striker Brian Mwila on Saturday played the opening 83 minutes for improving, but who are still second from bottom, Altach in their 1-1 away draw at LASK.
Mwila was not on target for Altach who are now unbeaten in their last three league games.

RB Salzburg: Leaders and defending champions RB Salzburg stayed unbeaten this season but their 100 per cent start came to an end on Saturday when they drew 1-1 at home against third from bottom Wacker Innsbruck.
Striker Patson Daka came on in the 66th minute but was not on target while midfielder Enock Mwepu was an unused substitute.
