  1. Technology will land you in jail soon.
You remember guys when 2 Israel guys screwed Amos Chanda and others that they had razor beams which could wipe out chorela? They probably paid them $1million . Then Eric and his team moved in 2 clean up Lusaka, and we know how it ended up with him.

  2. He is simply after an overpriced contract from his Indian comrades …busy increasing tuition fees in Medical schools this crook Chilufya.

  3. Chilufyana naulufyanya ifintu ku MOH!
Remember that true leaders invest in human resource development first before anything else!
The greatest Leader of all times, the Rabbi of Galilee, never invested in buildings as first priority! The human resource he developed took care of the need for buildings! That is how it works! Unfortunately, you have frustrated human resource development by inflating training and registration fees and your preoccupation is ifikulwa because that is where change is easy to get in the name of fundraising for 2021! Who is going to take care of the programs you are busy talking about? Is it the buildings or the people? Ichalo, banthu! Ichalo, tefikulwa!

  4. Using terms smart, development or intelligence technology in order to rip off the nation can not go undetected anymore. Every Zambian knows your catch words. Your spending money on useless overpriced staff. You like Luo should resign and never to run for public office again. How did you buy the Chinese medicine that was causing side effects for malaria treatment. What can we expect for serious diseases. People just keep dying from these contaminated medicine and have no way of knowing the causes of deaths.
