  1. This was only done after revelations of the FIC report to the public , donner countries are not happy with lungus GRZ which riles on donner aid to survive

    • I for one petitioned the EU parliament and my MP with spam propotion emails demanding accountability of my tax money in the U.K. which is given to Zambia as aid , after release of the FIC report.

    • Spaka – no one has revealed anything to the public except security wing officers themselves leaking the details: they are not happy with what is being sped under the carpet, we need something the Mexican type security wings where some are headed by the Judiciary.

    • Yes, FIC is effective after all.Corrupt officials are in trouble. Not only FIC but I think Ka Edgar kazabanyunya all these corrupt guys as we approach 2021. He knows an anti corruption position will make him popular and win him voters.Watch this space. ECL will abandon his corrupt companions as we approach 2021. Chimese ,Chitotela, Malanshi, and now Soko. His survival instincts are very strong. It is only the very careless and foolish who have become loyalists and companions in corruption to ECL. He will abandon them all as it becomes politically convenient and beneficial for him.

    • Absolutely investigate this man! How useless is this so-called “RATSA CEO” that he can’t find enough money to issue real driver’s licenses on plastic cards (after we pay for the cards!) and instead make the public move around with a huge sheets of paper?

If this man isn’t corrupt, he is certainly incompetent so which excuse does Mr. Zindaba Soko prefer?

    • Zindaba is so corrupt. He has a smallholding off 21 miles were he fenced it with a more than 2 metre wall all round & built a double storey house in one corner with transformer on it. And it’s kept by the caretaker chabe. Among other properties.

  2. Mr Zindaba Soko has overstayed at RTSA and hence has ran out new ideas because he’s a spent force now…He must be replaced now because he’s put RATSA into disrepute…

    • Fwanya
If you check almost all public office holders have over stayed,it is a result of the president sleeping on the job.The former Army Commander was one of the longest serving, the Attorney General, Solicitor General, ZNS Commander, even parastatal heads e.g Zesco,FRA, etc.Lungu should go…

  3. What I dont understand with this rotten govt is how someone can still be allowed to go back to their govt offices and drive govt vehicles when they are being investigated.

  4. My mbuya Zindaba Soko has overstayed at RTSA such that he now treats this institution like is own property.
If i were him, i would resign immediately.

    • This Soko moron should have been sacked three months month after that accident but again …they missed that chance as everyone is constantly covering for each other!!

  5. We hear they found number plates and road signs valued at K15000 suspected to be property belonging to RSTA.

  6. We could be looking at yet another act that just leads to nothing; no prosecution and certainly pointless exercise. Some citizens are clearly above the law.

  7. Mfwiti, mfwiti syndrome…. what takes our LEAs so long to conclude investigations… Malaysia has moved ahead with their 1MDB scandal while we are yet to conclude Kambwili’s case..

  8. It looks like nothing should be investigated because of mfwiti syndrome.
All crimes in zambia are linked to mfwiti
So it’s time wasting to investigate any crime.

  9. The most remarkable thing about Zindaba Soko is that he can really be vulgar. But why are they just targeting small corruption? We need to see grand corruption also targeted. Who’s sitting on the over $90M mukula tree scandal?

    • When you are cutting down a big tree, you begin with the softer smaller branches. The big main stem is the last to be brought down.#Jay Jay I am sure will agree when he wakes up.

    • Does he even sleep .. I think he gets allowances for blogging. Whoever brought this technology hehehe

  10. This cat has nine lives, he’s used up five so this will bounce off. I wonder who in government is his close relative?

BUT NOW HE DOESN’T EVEN COUNT US AND HE COMES OUT SO CALLED. HIS BROTHER ELIAS IS AT ZAMPOST AS A BOSS IN PROCUREMENT.THESE GUYS HAVE AMASSED ALOT OF DUBIOUS WEALTH. AND NOW ABVIOUS HE IS NOW CONSULTING THERE WHICH DRS TO GIVE THEM JUJU.AND SOME OF THESE LEADERS USE JUJU CZ THEY ARE TIMES U WOULD WANT TO UPRISE YOUR HEARTS SHRINKS. 13. This over turns the blanket off,, we’re paying every year to renew PSV licences hence the money Mutufumo,,,
    Rubbish..

  14. Indeed the man is a former driver at the Ministry of Finance with no managerial skills. Surprisingly, he was appointed from a driver to CEO RTSA. This is Zambia where wonders will never end.
