Super League champions Power Dynamos have been declared ready for Good Friday’s ABSA Cup match against lower league side Nampundwe at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.
Power and Nampundwe will clash in the last 16 match at 15h00.
Power assistant coach Linos Makwaza says the Super League giants won’t underrate Nampundwe.
Makwaza declared that Nampundwe have a good team with exceptional players.
“We have watched Nampundwe play, they are a very good side and they have good players. Every team that is in the ABSA Cup is a good team,” Makwaza said.
“We started preparing last week, the team is ready,” the Zambia and Power legend said.
Nampundwe coach Abuild Mwape said his side will approach the match against Power cautiously.
“We are very much aware that we are playing the best team in the land so far but with the quality we have in our team am very sure that we are going to have a decent match,” Mwape said.
“We will do everything possible to get a decent match,” he said.
