PF Govt makes history in failed salary negotiations

The Patriotic Front-PF Government is said to have made unprecedented history by failing to award its workers salary increment.

The Zambia National Union of Teachers-ZNUT Spokesperson Joel Kasaka says it is unprecedented in the Zambian history to have tripartite negotiations prolonged for over six months.

Mr Kasaka says members are now getting agitated while the union has been placed in and awkward position as their credibility is being questioned by members.

  1. Please can you all continue dancing dununa reverse. You silly maggots. We told you kikiki. You will suffer until you grow balls to fight for your votes and change your mindset. If you continue voting garbage like pf expect this

    • How can it be unprecedented failure in Negotiations?? I cannot believe how redundant and cowardly these unions have become … how does he even expect us to appreciate his statement? For the Government that is what they are looking for, failed negotiations because they have in effect frozen wage increases yet these Unions foolishly believed that there is none. If you are a Union worth your Saute you know what needs to be done instead of crying like helpless #$%$

    • Government is scared of brutal thugs in PF. Which the
Teacher really want his house set on fire for demanding his salary paid in time, what more an increment?

  2. Now I await that black bozo clown ndanje to come and defend the title of unprecedented failure kikiki

  3. How can it be unprecedented failure in Negotiations?? I cannot believe how redundant and cowardly these unions have become … how does he even expect us to appreciate his statement? 4. ZNUT Spokesperson Joel Kasaka this is not the first time. Ask Shamenda he will tell you that when during MMD especially when Ronald Penza (MHISRP) was Finance minister the unions experienced a lot of failed negotiations. Twice they went to court over salary negotiations.
So there is no history made by PF

    • The truth ist PF has no money for increments that is why they are buying time. The sooner the Union and its members accept this fact the better for everyone. Soon everyone will have tutembas outside their gates , the true meaning of dununa reverse, Glad the state of the economy has not caught me by surprise

  5. Of course there is history made by the pf as this is the first time they have done it.
Political advisor wher does it say mmd government it says pf government.

  6. Please increase workers salaries imwe ba government dominated by PF. The cost of living has been increasing while workers income remains static. People are suffering. Help us please.

  7. Truth be told, union member just steal from us indirectly. they are the ones who benefit while we suffer

  8. They are still making more negative history in almost anything and everything they touch including a charge of murder for spraying mosquitoes.
