The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has said that the delimitation exercise and the online voters’ registration platform will begin in 2019 and 2020 respectively, in preparation for the 2021 General elections.
Speaking in an interview with ZNBC news, ECZ Public Relations Manager Margaret Chimanse said the commission will begin with the delimitation exercise as this will decongest large constituencies and create clear boundaries for voters.
Ms. Chimanse further explained that the delimitation exercise will engage village head men as well as civil societies to ensure no one is left behind.
She explained that the online voter’s registration platform will enable new voters register with ease.
Ms. Chimanse said the platform is a secure process which will ensure data is protected and illegal registrations detected.
Is Esau Chulu still at ECZ? Is he going to decide who our president will be again?
Please tell Esau Chulu to be careful who he decides to be president in 2021. The one he gave Zambia in 2016 was a gonga.
There are 1000s of ECZ employees, what do they do if there are no elections? For example what kind of work they did yesterday just after Christmas?
In my government ZNS will be doing this kind of jobs of elections. It’s a service to the nation.
And the only time they are see working, they mess up. Shame!
1. We want CCTV at all polling stations. There is too much rotteness during on elwction day and vote counting. We want video evidence from all polling stations.
2. All politcal parties should have representatives in the server room. It must also be monitored by CCTV. How can foreigners who have nothing to do with our elections be found in server rooms and someone today is shamelessly celebrating that they won free and fairly?
3. ECZ officials should not be appointed by the president. How can they oversee a process that may lead to their dismissal. This is crucial otherwise no election in Zambia will ever be free and fair.

Rigging preparations have started.Infact they were started by the concourt who ruled that so and so is eligible to stand in 2021
You are right they have started preparing the marked ballots to fcuken rig,
I thought the results have already been prepared and forwarded to the concourt for ruling on the matter. LOL
