Trade Expert Trevor Simumba has predicted that a third force will emerge in Zambian politics If Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND fail to up their game and provide a visionary roadmap towards 2021 elections.
Mr Simumba predicted that a third force will arise in Zambia that will bring together all the disgruntled upright Zambian citizens from progressive members of PF, UPND and MMD if the UPND fails to up its game.
He charged that there is no sane right thinking Zambian today that believes another five years of President Edgar Lungu is the best option for Zambia.
”Everyone agrees he has been the worst President of this country supported by cowardly selfish corrupt Ministers and civil servants that have completely run down the treasury and the economy of Zambia,” Mr Simumba said.
”However, the longer UPND fail to galvanise a new leadership team around HH the more likely we will see a similar movement as we had in 1991 arising from the ashes and choosing a single candidate with the best chance of defeating the incumbent ruling party. You do not need to be a seer I to prophesy.“
He said Zambia is in serious jeopardy and there are many in PF and UPND that see the coming implosion if the country continue on this path.
“I say to those of my friends and relatives especially in the PF remember the courage of the late MCS, get out of your comfort zone and show your patriotism to the nation of Zambia. MMD get back to your ideals and unite for the sake of Zambia.“
Mr Simumba said Zambia needs a credible balancing third force in the country.
“UPND, Zambia needs a vibrant strong opposition that is focused on transforming the lives of all Zambians not just focused on making HH President. We are in deep trouble this is not a time for personal egos it is a time for genuine leadership to rise to the occasion.“
He added, “I know that RB, ABC, VJ, Magande and many other Zambian leaders who I know personally and have discussed issues with them before, are not happy with the current status of Zambia. Only Uncle VJ has spoken publicly the others are still talking quietly at their golf clubs, homes and churches. Stop it. Without real action you will doom this great nation of Zambia to disaster in your lifetime. Come out and speak truth to power.“
”Everyone including his own cadres know that President Lungu has failed and he must bow out peacefully and ensure the Zambian people have a free and fair election to make their choice. We cannot continue in this manner,” he said.

Which third force Trevor stop dreaming if you want try and see how many have come up describing themselves as a breath of fresh air on the Zambian political front only to fade in oblivion third force at this late hour not the Zambian politics i know.
Holding a sitting president responsible for climate change and ensuing problems, including droughts, floods, hydro-power deficit, poor grain harvest and the cash flow disrupt is inconsistent. Take time to use yellow gold. Take time to use green gold. Take time to incite innocent voters.
A third force is a combination of Harry Kalaba and Chishimba Kambwili. These two will definitely spoil both PF and UPND votes bigtime . Harry Kalaba maybe underrated for now but people will be shocked. He’s busy working underground. As for Chishimba Kambwili surely he’s not a force to reckon with as evidenced by the Roan constituency results last year as long as he’s not denied campaign space and time

We are a Democratic country that need the decision of people to choose their leaders. This can happen by participation of the Zambian people in elections which we all know will take place in 2021. If you Mr. Simusamba want to put up yourself as Candidate you are free. It is not about what VJ, RB, Magande thinks. Please have respect for the silent majority who decide at the end who should be the Leader. Sata was only informing the people what he was going to do should he warn the elections. If PF is out after this election then rightly, they belong to the political dustbin, once out of power, there is no coming back in Zambian politics (consider UNIP and MMMD-whether you add New Hope or not there is no coing back).
Whether UPND wins or loses the next election, a third force will arise. in the case of a UPND win, another political pary will eventually take over as main opposition, it may be PF for the first term but not after. In the case of a UPND loss, another party (possibly Kalaba’s DP or CK) will simply grow stronger.
HH is right to say that he will quit politics if he loses this election, all the factors are ripe for his winning.
In other words the only party in Zambia is pf. When I say we are winning by landslide upnd members always insult me. They don’t understand politics. I have pledged to run naked from mandahill to arcades if upnd win the next election. Actually make that any election in the future

First of all Zambia is not democratic/christian nation, those who “preach” such is for their benefit. Politicians talk of democracy bt all changes on the constitution is done in back door without consulting the poeple. All changes all made in Lusaka ad never hv l heard of an MP visit us, unless on election days with lies of will do this or tht. After they go under until the next election with the same lies.

But that is what we want isnt it? Who wants Trible HH to rule Zambia when the man has refused to give clarity or apologise about what was said in 2006 during his rise to the top of Trible UPND? He has refused to apologise or clarify because he still believes in 2006.

As long as we have opposition that talks about Edgar Lungu everyday, PF will remain in power. Zambians are not dull enough to fail to see through opportunists and liars pretending to be “liberators”. Right now, the opposition is downright useless as they all talk the same thing, no manifestos or policy ideas and are full of hate for Edgar Lungu.
Sometimes he talks sh!t like now.
