FAZ National Division 1 outfits Konkola Blades have declared themselves ready to face any team in the ABSA Cup quarterfinals.
Konkola, Zesco United, Zanaco, Forest Rangers, Lusaka Dynamos, Prison Leopards, Kabwe Warriors and Kansanshi Dynamos are in the ABSA Cup quarterfinal draws to be conducted on Thursday in Lusaka.
Club acting head coach Lewington Mujembe said the ABSA Cup will test his team’s resolve to win promotion to the Super Division.
“Our aim is to go back in the Super Division, so it will be our chance to test ourselves against the big guns,” Mujembe said.
“I think there will be no easy opponent. We are ready to face any team, let the draws be made,” he said.
