Jonas Shakafuswa tumbles in Katuba

1. BE WARNED THAT THE 2011 ELECTORAL REGISTER RECORDS 3.5 MILLION RURAL VOTERS AND ONLY 1.6 URBAN VOTES

   THE RURAL VOTES ARE JUST BEGINNING TO COME IN.

   This is what is bound to choke Sata after his urban vote has all but exhausted. In NorthWestern province the unfolding pattern is that everywhere Banda ends with thousands, Sata is ending with 2 to 3 digit votes a defacto rejection.

   In all NW province constituencies except Solwezi Central where Sata has managed to tap a thousand+ the rest he is ending with 11, 32, 54, 77, 213, 201, 423, 327, 17, 84 and 654 votes.

   Solwezi East
   Sata= 84 votes

   Monze Central
   Sata=777 votes

   Katuba
   Sata=622 votes

4. Muteteka takes Chisamba

   MMD Chisamba Parliamentary candidate, Moses Muteteka retained the seat after polling 6980 votes.

   Returning Officer, Dr Elaato Zulu declared Mr Muteteka winner of the parliamentary polls in Chisamba at about 20.38 hours on Wednesday.

   Trilling Mr Muteteka is UPND’s Joel Mboyoma with 6555 votes followed by

   PF’s Oswald Chulu who polled one thousand 958 votes.

5. As for me and Mushota(who seem to be too busy doing whatever ) are not shocked like most of you, here in Britain we are just dissatisfied and disappointed. We know this is how things are done pa zed.RB only worked towards election the rest of his term it was tourism and travelling round the word and Sata promises 90 days when he was more powerful than the vice president in Chiluba Govt. All liars ,who ever Riggs or “wins” is the same,good for his family. Life goes on to he’ll with them why you can’t even have you breakfast beats me.may the good lord never give us a back.

6. Interesting that all dissident political opportunists from both the MMD and PF have all but been rejected by the people. Mulongoti, Mpombo, Chitala, Patrick Mwanawasa, Mangani, Masebo, Chumbwe, Celestino Chibamba, Machungwa, Chitika, Faustina Sinyangwe and Majorie Mwape have all been rejected by the people. Now its this Jonas.

    • My friend, if nations like India can have results within shortest time, what more a small country like Zambia. ECZ is the most ineffective and if things go wrong they will be to blame. Results should come. Its only in Zambia where the elections officers go to sleep and continue the process the following day. Its crazy and uncalled for especially for our small beloved country. I for one would have loved the idea of anouncing results at the same time instead of anouncing ones strongholds and then another afterwards. This is dangerous

46. HH has reduced RB vote in Western Province, advantage PF that has made in roads there. PF has made gains in EProvince advantage again, PF has made in roads in NWprovince than last time whilst UPND has reduced MMD vote there, advantage PF. PF has taken a sizable number of seats in Central Province advantage PF. PF has made huge gains on the Copperbelt, Lusaka Mayo Mayo mandevu where RB hadlast rally 34,000 votes to PF. Luapula with allthe rebel MP’s have fallen together with Mwata Kazembe.Nothern province together with Chitimukulu have fallen to PF. Game over for RB.
