Former champions Zesco United remained in the bottom half of the Super League after losing 1-0 to Green Eagles in the rescheduled match on Thursday afternoon.
Derrick Bulaya propelled Eagles to victory via a 44th minute goal at Independence Stadium in Choma.
The win for Perry Mutapa’s Eagles moved them from sixth to third place on the table.
With three matches left in the season, Eagles have 50 points from 31 games played.
Meanwhile, Zesco remained winless in their last four matches in which they forced three draws.
Ninth placed Zesco, who have lost 12 games this season, sit on 38 points after playing 30 matches.
Zesco have one more rescheduled match.
