Patriotic Front Lusaka District Chairman Robert Chikwelete has described the announcement of his purported suspension by Lusaka Province PF chairperson Geoffrey Chuumbwe as disrespectful to President Sata as the appointing authority.

Mr Chikwelete said in a statement that Mr Chuumbwe and ousted district chairperson Goodson Banda were exhibiting serious impunity and disloyalty to President Sata’s decision in the party.

He said by appointing him as district chairperson, President Sata was merely correcting an era which was allegedly created by Mr Kabimba who appointed Mr Banda to the position.

Mr. Chikwelete said that he does not recognise Mr Chumbwe as a PF leader who can issue a statement to suspend him. He claimed that Mr. Chumbwe is allegedly aligned to a new political party called the Forth Republic where he holds a senior position.

On Friday Lusaka Province party Chairperson Geoffrey Chumbwe announced Mr Chikwelete’s suspension at during a briefing at Courtyard Hotel.

Mr Chumbwe clarified that President Sata when launching the pave Zambia project in Chawama did not appoint Mr. Chikwelete as PF Lusaka District Chairman.

“This issue was clarified by his Honour the Vice President in Parliament when he made it clear that Mr Chikwelete is not the District Chairman,” Mr Chuumbwe said.

He said Mr Chikwelete has shown lack of respect from party leadership by publicly attacking Vice President Dr Guy Scott.

“I want to warn that all those found hanging around Mr Chikwelete that they will also go the same way he has gone,” he said.

Mr Chuumbwe said also announced that party officials who were recently dropped after Mr Chikwelete took over the leadership of the party should return to their posts.

“All those people who were affected by the coupe d’état should consider themselves reinstated,” he said.

Mr Chuumbwe announced that he will recommend the expulsion of Mr Chikwelete at the next Central Committee meeting.

    • If I had power, I would Give President Sata a Nobel Price for the most tribalistic merchant President ZAMBIA has ever had. This man has really divided the country especially the rift between Tongaz and Bembaz awee it’s not things!!

    • Chikwelete says rumors of his impending demise are exaggerated as he gasps behind an oxygen mask whose tank is almost empty… hehehe

    • chikwelete must go for being arrogant and disrespectful of the PF leadership hierarch.

These are the undesirable elements that any well meaning political organization must avoid at all costs

However, conventional chemotherapy treatments cannot discriminate between cancerous cells and others. Stem cell therapies may serve as potential treatments for cancer.[16] Research on treating lymphoma using adult stem cells is underway and has had human trials.

Essentially, chemotherapy is used to completely destroy the patients own lymphocytes, and the stem cells injected, eventually replacing the immune system of the patient with that of the healthy donor.

  1. The only way to end confusion in pf is to hold elections for all office bearers not the primitive way of appointing.the Sg has the power to appoint ,ukwa also appoints some one on the same position,in this case it is clear sata is the one dividing the party.let pf go for the convention.am very certain the confusion will end but the party will lost a good number of principled people.

    • You are just seeing those divisions in your mind bosses.Me and my Tonga fiance including her Mabisi loving uncles are okay

    • The rift has been created or is just among some bloggers who feel that Sata and his PF or HH and his UPND is the embodiment of Bembas or Tongas respectively.Otherwise, beyond this poorly managed political situation, ordinary people have stayed sane, managing their own lives as they struggle to get on with meeting their daily needs.

  3. Guy Scott, Chuumbwe, Chikwelete, Goodson Banda, and Kabimba, you need to meet with President Sata so you can sort out this matter once and for all. We are sick and of your squabbling. There are more important issues to expend energies on than keep squabbling on PF positions.

  8. Wil this case be put to rest? These pf wars are sure getting too much, where is the head to put people in there deservedly rightful sits once and for all? It’s too much!

  9. 1diots busy tearing each other to pieces. after they have got exhausted pulling down each others ‘wheels’ then the opposition can move in to obliterate them from the history of our country. they are a bad record

  10. This country of ours is becoming a laughing stock at a very fast pace. The ruling party should sort out it’s mess like a normal respectable party, if not, form 2 & slug it out, don’t bring disrepute to our good name as a country. The President would do well to take a leaf from the Malawian Presidents action of firing the entire cabinet. Too much nonsense, get rid of all the *****s.

  11. as late Sakeni would have said, whosoever is sidelined will be bitter.
And the loser will be PF. Sata has nothing to lose, he has fulfilled his dream to owning State House once and what happens after that, he does not care.
PF is one term policy and one wonders what are these kaponyas fighting for?

  12. If PF have no good intentions for Zambia or if they don’t have what it takes to govern, can the President please dissolve Parliament and announce early polls? We are now completely fed up with the disorder. Government is about orderliness in the nation. We do not have that at this very minute.

  13. Octopas ,u demon stop including every Bemba or Tonga.Y should everybody suffer?ls it becoz of few Tongas nd Bembas in politics?Demon possessed Zambian! That kabimba and Chumbwe’ve other structures is true. That Chikwelete’s approach is wrong is true.

  14. Well said yata the president has nothing to lose he has achieved his goal, with health issues coupled up stress he is not looking forward to 2016 but just rest from all the confusion and stress

  15. Give them a big rope to hang themselves. The opposition parties are quite for now watching from the terraces how the real under 5 are finishing not only each other but the PF(Paliba Fwaka).

  16. These issues are painful, especially if you are in diaspora; but when you get home, people don’t even bother. They only bother if demonstrations are going to exacerbate traffic jams. So, chill bane, let these bantu kill each other you never know, it could be God’s plan for a better leader. Tulelolesha fye!!

  17. @kal.yes have used vlc, real p, etc but stl no volume.even coverters to other formats can do.i just dont know the exactly plugins needed to instal before downloading flv files.

    • Hi – sometimes what happens to my audio files is there is a default mute. Have you checked the MP sound tray to check the state of the mixer? It might have defaulted to mute and may need to be unchecked. You could even check the sound icon in the start area or control panel…

  18. We know Scott is the one sponsoring Kabimba and the real battle is between Scott and SataN with Scott using Kabimba.

This is the way whites behave – they undermine African leaders by using Black brothers against one another! This is how whites start civil wars by sponsoring rebels to fight legitimate govts! It’s British whites in Uganda who used Idi Amin to fight Obote and yet Obote and Amin were as close as SataN and Kabimba!

Botha used Buthelezi to fight the ANC and it became black on black violency and yet the beneficiaries were whites! Same as the rebels in Mozambique!

The real devil behind the confusion we are seeing is Scott – not Kabimba. Frankly speaking, Scott thinks Sata is too dull, uncivilised and uneducted to be president and prefers Kabimba! But hey, MCS Chipondo…

  19. …what is so difficult for chikwelete to produce a letter of appointment kansi…?…give a copy to the media to ‘show’ it to us…

  20. Someone please tell me am dreaming……… These fills or is it fools! Are making me sick! PF is a true representative of how stupid and dull Zambians are!

  21. @Octopus do u know the merchant death? The liquidator of Zambian companies. And the now the richest i.di.ot with bank savings!Ask him heka how he amased wealth on Zambians hidden wealth?

  22. One honestly wonders what is going on in Sata’s mind? Why did he spend a life time aspiring to be president only to scale the ladder and slide into such a slumber leaving the whole party and nation in such serious auto pilot state? He must be impeached for inertia and plain stupidity. For all I can see, and one does not need to be a Sangoma to see, Sata is not only physically sick, he is also clearly senile. I doubt he knows what is happening around him half the time, he is a stinking Zombie ;-((

  23. Mr Chikwelete you can only put this matter to rest when you display the letter written to you appointing you district chairman by the senile greater leader. The people who ran PF have told you, you don’t belong. Making all sorts of noise will not save you from further embarrassment. Own up. You have been had. You are showing highest levels of indiscipline like your leader used to display when he was in the opposition. You are cut from the same cloth like your boss and you are only good for the dustbin.

    • @27 chikwelete kambwili
You are the dullest dunderhead south of the equator. letters of appointment are matters of confidentiality between employer/employee not for commonars like you to ve the letter flashed in your hasi.

  24. kwelete na we ,think bwanji kanshi. Is that the way you can Lead sure? What type of a leader are you?My son is called mine captain at place of work by the manager and when he wants send him some where he throws his car keys and says take your car.
To you this boy is a mine captain who has an operating Office and a company car.
Aurthority some times praises and prepares there juniors in so many ways. You dont want
to loose everything. With your group you can do alot of things for the people of your community.

  25. only time will tell!time alone. they think they are living in heaven but they are living in hell!time alone will tell.they will be judged & they will pay accordingly.time will tell

  26. pipo like octopus” voodoo black magic” bwalya still believe the world cup is still been played and can predict results using their voodoo medium. Put it the other way; voodoo bwalya octopus has created imaginary tribal problems between bembas and tongas, accusing sata of been tribal against tongas.

When it comes to voting, tongas vote for their under 5 scumbag yet want appointments from the same person they ve arrogantly rejected. What a fallous.

  27. Are these imbeciles fighting for positions in order to serve the masses or to serve their selfish interests ? These wrangles have been going on for sometime now and some us are tired of reading and hearing the same nonsense everyday. Can someone rise and stop this stupid development once and for all.

  28. Mr Chikwelete, why dont you seek an audience with President for clarification?

All one remembers was a function when the President referred to you as “District Chairman” and not as “Lusaka District Chairman”.

That occasion was not about appointments or swearing in ceremony.

  29. PF is a failed project and Zambians have come to realize this. If these bunch of street people loose power that will be the end of PF for good. it will die and not to be remembered again ever. I am sure after 2016 Zambians will look back and laugh as to what we were thinking of for voting for this irresponsible bunch of people with no leadership quality not even bad ones. The president should make the decision too clear the issue of kabimba. show leadership man we are so tired of this issue please. Zambians we are really craze to have such a senile president. If I was given an opportunity to choose or is it vote between kabimba and HH. I will go for HH definitely so Mr. president what ever you agreed you whinter its your business alone not for mother Zambia. I am so disgusted with PF perfo

  30. Interesting fighting from Chuumbwe and Chikwelete. Want to know the meaning of these names in Tonga? Chuumbwe means grave as in graveyard where we burry the dead; Chikwelete means inkongole. So ni ku manda ne kongole!
