The Zambia under-17 today left for Italy to take part in a 12-team junior tournament.
Junior Chipolopolo are in a tough Group A that the International Delle Nazioni tournament that will run from April 24 to May 1.
Chris Kaunda’s side is in Group A together with Israel, Brazil and hosts Italy.
The team kick off its campaign on April 25 against Israel before taking on the hosts on April 26.
They will face Brazil in their final Group A match on April 27.
Zambia are using the Italy invitation as preparations for their 2015 CAF Under-17 Cup second round qualifier against Botswana in July.
