  1. Ok nizi…we will wait for that yama.Tukomfwe cabinet.I have been tipped that father Bwalya has been offered a ministerial position.

  2. how can the first thing a president does be to change names of airports? that is not presidential duty, people are suffering instead of giving pensions sure? plus changing airport names is a lot of money, airports plan for such things now an abrupt announcements from someone not even running the airports…why didnt you give them the order first or inqiure and work out logistics, you just announce the change?????

  3. I hope he will address real issues rather than dealing with superficial stuff like naming airports.Topmost should be how to guide the economy to achieve his promise of more cash in zambians pockets, corruption and rule of law especially with PF youths extracting revenge and destroying people’s property.Prove that we’re not a banana republic.

  4. No 2 ,Sata has not achieved anything so far.Why are u proud of him?Is it because of the 90 days promises he made.He should deal with real issues if he wants people to be proud of him.

    • I thought you knew that Sata has already achieved a lot . He has removed the incompetent , useless and corrupt Rupiah Banda from the Presidency .

  5. I cant believe how some people on here wont give the president time to carefully pick his cabinet. the biggest fault is the constitution because its unheard of, for power to be passed on the next day after elections. The president has done well with the airports name changes and #5 and #6 thats an accomplishment believe it or not. Perception is the biggest word in politics and on record he has done something that im sure alot of people would have approved of.

    • Say what you like about the constitution (good, bad, whatever), but the lack of lame duck period is hardly a surprise so is no excuse for not being ready to take control of government from day one.

  6. Long awaited……ebuteko ubo nomba……not yalya ama Rbishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……tatulefwaya abanthu abalola ukwalolomwela awee iyoooo twakana…….real cabinet to be named.kalombo mwane.

  7. I also LOVE THIS MAN….ALREADY I FEEL LIKE MORE MONEY IN MY POCKET…MY POCKETS ARE BULGING LIKE CRAZY!!!

  8. THANK BA LT. YOU ARE MODERATE AND PROFESSIONAL THIS TIME AROUND. BA ZAMBIA WATCH DOG ARE IN PAIN THAT SATA WON. THEY EVEN PUT “NOT SO GOOD” PICTURES OF SATA. I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM.

    • Backing up Kavi! Make sure the rope works! No excuses….you’re clearly an airhead enough to not make a difference. Great response Kavi!

  9. SORRY GUYS….THAT WAS JUST TO LIGHT UP THE MOMENT:
    ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE

1.SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MINISTER:PROF CLIVE CHIRWA

    WHAT do the others say:

  10. Yes it is true…Sata is going to announce the cabinet. For thoe eager to see Sata start working…guys come down…Cabinet has to be in place before the big wheels of the GRZ can start moving….Any speculation for Cabnet line-up..who is the VP …Guy scoty…

  11. Good evening all

I guess we have to get used to the attackers who fire at the president on every thread. So why bring in the issue of Airports here again? Just start getting used to reality.

As for the press conference, I’m glad to know about it and I’m personally looking forward to a cabinet that is committed to the important task of seeking solutions to the people’s problems.

  12. Ama losers! is the wound still fresh? I pity you and the way you are losing sleep over something that is not in your power to change. The sooner you accept that Sata is the president the better. Loser!

  13. Well said #17 PanAfricanist!

The level of euphoria among some people is rising with every single day that our president is in office. They forget that a presidential term is a marathon race, not a sprint. If you think you can rate a marathon runner after his first 100 metres, then you’re totally wrong!

Relax, save your nerves. As we just saw on the 20th, it is the end result that counts.

  14. Ya new names for airports and thats issues. we are watching. Ministers to leave houses by tomoro, Thats interesting Mr. president. Whats next then….? 90days practically is it possible and with what methods and means. the animal globalisation…….. Mr. President may Zed has some magi means. After 90 days I will do my evaluation maybe to invest in Zed but, better wait…

  15. heeeeey where is George Kunda who said on Dec 29, 2010 in the Post that Sata will never become a president of Zambia. Kunda a prophet of doom.!!!!! what a lawyer, never reformed the institutional legal framework and the constitution when all variables of a good constitution were in his FAVOUR, Shame on you!!!!

  16. #5 the man is just loved. u cant take away that from us. we are proud of him. nomba kubeba

  17. Guys do we have an online TV link like it is for radio………..phoenixzambia.com. we need to see not only listen to president SATA tomorrow

  18. Why is the Editor at Zambia Watch Dogs an angry, thin and bitter man? While the rest of the country celebrates change, Lloyd seeks solace in his daily rantings. Ala pena. Keep up the good work LT. Zambia for all.

    • we some one to be opposing this not communist zambia, the post is pro gov for now, they helped usher in Sata. LT and Zambian watchdog need to go in print. our democracy should grow aswell next  20 years this gov will go out without tangible developments like MMD. lets change the way we think, eat, live, do business………..

  19. This is good, we want to have the full cabinet in place so as to begin to serve the Zambian people. One thing we are sure of is that the same God who helped Sata win the election will certianly help him and the PF to deliver on the promises. Those who are cursing and wishing the President failure do not know what they are doing. Moreover it’s too early to criticise the man so bittery even b4 he announces his team.Take it ease friends! Are you not the same prophets of doom who said Sata will never rule this country? What has happened now???????????????

  20. # 31 Who told you that everyone is celebrating ?The fact is the silent disciplined majority who actually voted no for are watching ,you celebrate with post vuvuzela at least Zambia watch dog has filled in the gap left by greedy ,selfish Fred M’MEEMBE.

    • When did you become the majority ? And if so , how did the majority loose ? Did PF rig the elections ? The world is full of utusela , kwati kubuta !

  21. The PF was a party started, supported and sponsored by MC Sata and Guy Scott.
These two have gone through thick and thin together to have us liberated from the thieving MMD.
It is just right that HE MC Sata appoints Vice-President Guy Scott to lead us forward.
Nobody said “musungu” when he was suffering for our liberation and now bamambala are saying he is white.
Yes he is white but he is more patriotic than those people joining the PF from MMD.
Also there will be no complaint of tribalism.
    Viva Guy Scott for Vice-President

    • Indeed Guy Scott deserves being VP, they have been together since the beginning. However, if it were to be given to Inonge, I’d have no qualms, as I take it, Scott would most likely have been consulted, Viva Pa Bwato!! Viva Mwa Mukolo!! Donchi Kubambila!! Donchi Kubeba!!! Viva One Zed One Nation!!!!!

  22. #37 mule Agree with you totally. The spoils of distributing govt office should include him as VP. He may be white but he just human with ambitions like you and me

  23. Give him time. He has to have some names cleared by security wings before he can publicly mention them. No need for the presido to embarass himself by appointing someone who gets arrested the following day for murder or corruption

  24. There is nothing wrong with renaming airport. South Africa renamed theirs to Oliver Tambo International Airport. USA in New York has JFK Airport named after President John F Kennedy. Those who are criticizing Sata for the sake of it are UPND who are still hate with their loss.

  25. HH had he stayed in the pact would have been appointed as Veep during tomorrow’s press conference. The under five has a problem with making leadership decisions which will cost him and his tribal party so dearly. Viva PF..nipamaka.

  26. I will be listening and watching as HE MC Sata presents his plans for Zambia and I’m pretty sure us who supported him or not through and through will be all smiles tommorrow. Please those guys who are still thinking they are dreaming that Sata is president, let it sink in your minds that it is a reality. Our man is at plot 1.

  27. Some bloggers are hero worshippers for nothing. Just how do you praise someone who has done nothing yet except to rename airports at a cost where he does not actually know where money will come from. Some one is complaining that Watchdog has used ugly pictures for Sata; can someone tell me how handsome Sata is? Lets not be petty!

  28. # 5, 37 where did u see losers giving instructions to winners on how to celebrate. Its too late mwana. tomoro we are choosing cabinet, we have started telling you now,

  29. 2. V.P. Guy scott
    3. DEFENCE. CHENDA
    4. HOME AFFAIRS. INONGE
    5. LEGAL. KABIMBA
    6. HEALTH. LUO
    7. LABOUR AND INDUSTRY. KAMBWILI
    8. FINANCE. MAGANDE!

  30. we will all be waiting for our president to tell us the cabinet. All the haters can go to hell! Viva your excellency……..to bad for under five.

  31. All the MMD and UNDP losers have resurfaces again and shoting at everything Sata does.. Lets support Sata and PF and see how it goes… For one thing is certain, Sata will never be seat on the fence..it is either he agrees strongly or reject strongly. The Sata’s agressive directed toward foreign investors or infestors may be benefitial to Zed economy

  32. KK deserves the airport to be named after him.after all he risked the full wrath of the british colonial masters while the rest of our grandfathers were in the shebeen taking part in the imbibing of the brew and talking a bunch of crap. This gestures while being symbolic means something to the soul of the nation. It signifies that if you sacrifice quietly for common good it will be rewarded by our future who will be grateful to us.you guys now get on with it and see what you can do for society.Overcome your petty jealousy, false pride, envy, and ignorance which leads to irrational fear.and bring about the super human which is inside all of us.

  33. Press Conference postponed again now to be held on friday 30 Sept. 2011. time and venue same. However, PF cadres do not resort to rioting and detroy property, yuo are a law in yourselves. Give the president more time before a complete list is made for cabinet.

  34. George Chellah from the Post or Frank Mutubila to get the position of Press Aide.

    Veep goes to Guy Scot.

Given Lubinda will be the new Local Govt & Housing Minister

Bob Sichinga will either be Finance Minister or Special Adviser to the president on economic matters

Former Task Force Chairman Mr Nkole will be appointed ACC director

Fr Frank Bwalya will be State House Chaplain

All bosses at ZNBC, Times of Zambia and Daily Mail will be replaced. I dont know which names will replace them.

Dr Solomon Jere or Dr Malama will replace Francis Kabonde.

    The rest you can speculate.

  35. Guys let us be proud of our country and our leaders no matter how ugly they look, let us not be like the Editor of Ka Watchdog who hasn’t seen anything to be thankful before as long as HH will remain outside plot 1. Michael Sata has done a recommendable job of renaming our three international airports after our vets who fought for our liberation. Look around the world and you will agree with what Michael Sata has done. If you think it is a waste of time, then you are not proud of your heritage. I like Oliver Tambo international airport, Jommo Kenyatta , Kennedy and etc international airports. Let us be proud of Zambia.

  36. Zambia is finished … long live KAPONYALAND!  I hope he changes the name of the country at the press conference tomorrow.  We are now competing against Zimbabwe (Mugabe), Iran (Ahmedinejane) and Venezuela (Chavez) for the country with the most irrelevant and silliest political agenda in the world.  I really hope that Sata lives to his reputation of speaking before thinking (is the water in the brain a result of too much chamba?). All us tumabova will be cheering for our man of action as he twists himself in more senseless controversy.

  37. Anti PF/SATA are losers..what did RB/SHORTY do for you apart from steal from your pockets..Tekeni bola panshi..you were promised 90 days…and these day are not yet over…indeed you thick as you cannot count days…kekekekekek He has his own priorities that are not yours..start thinking on how you are going to contribute to the development of Zambia as it is your nation as well as his…dick heads

  38. Imwe guys nanga senior citizen ali kwisa?????? Cha chaya mati chi kolwe cha MMD ??
We want to hear what he has to say now.

  39. Senior citizen is in jail with William Banda. He is one of those hooligans who threatened to gang rape Nawakwi. That was the type of politics of RB.

  40. Proposals : VP Guy Scott, the USA has a black President, Zambia can also break the record in Africa by having a whiet vice President in this day, racism should be utterly destroyed. Finance Minister – Magande, Local Govt – Sylvia Masebo, Science & Tech – Prof Clive Chirwa, Health – Edith Nawakwi, Justice – Miyanda or Speaker etc, Mutati – Ministry TBD others can also propose names and how ministries can be merged to reduce on numbers. Cabinet Ministers should also be sourced from top performing resources from the private sector. God bless Zambia.

  41. New beginnings you are mad, DO YOU THINK HE WILL JUST BE PICKING NAMES FROM AN OPEN POOL, like you??? HE CERTAINLY HAD PEOPLE LOOKING AFTER & ADVISING ON THE DIFFERENT PORTFOLIOS AS THEY ROSE TO ASCENDENCY ,so magande, a president of his own party, & mutati a sycophant of MMD, who thought & probably still thinks, we are ALL SO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND HIM, FORTUNATELY, won’t have a look in on this new cabinet

  42. 1.veep INONGE WINA

    2.FINANCE .BOB SICHINGA
    3 HEALTH. LUO

  44. If Sata won’t lose it, he has a chance of really putting Zambia on the course of real development. He needs the support of all Zambians, but he also should not be given a blank cheque, right from the start, it should be clear for him that we are no longer dosile.

  45. I aint no PF but what I dont understand is people still hating on the man, by the way things dont just happen, they happen just.. he is the president it happened all you gotta do is wish him well and support him thats all.. why cant yall haters just suck it up… the people elected him he won and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, he is the president of the country it ends there… go ahead MR Prez do your thing for the people of Zambia.

  46. Sata needs to be very sobber over his cabinet. I hope people like Willy Nsanda, GBM and other PF illiterates are not appeased by being given ministerial positions. We don’t want a repeat of MMD in appointments like Vera Chiluba, Mpombo and the likes. No more petty politics otherwise Sata will not survive a vote of no confidence looking at the make up of paliament.

  47. Mr. President, way to go. Im sure you have taken time to ensure you palce right people in right ministries. Well done in advance, Zambia yours to Govern. We are ready to hear your Words of Wisdom.

But fight against Corrption to Go On. You have OUR support.

  48. Ze Bige dont be too excited to start dreaming of your own cabinet list. besides i think you dont even have an idea on politics because there is no way the President can nominate a losing Parliamentary candidate. in times like this you should keep quite and learn from what is happening. Viva His Excellency, Our President, please address us, we need to hear from you Sir.

  49. We would like names of people we have never heard before Too much recycling makes the gvt recontaminate itself again and again thats why we never change.those that are already praising Sata the man hasnt done anything yet.Dont corrupt him by blind praises.Lets see him work first and replace him if he is not up tp it keep him if he excells

  50. I savour, result in I discovered exactly what I was taking a look for. You have ended my 4 day long hunt! God Bless you man. Have a great day. Bye
