National Restoration Party interim president Elias Chipimo Jr

Chipimo implores Sata to have a strong team of advisors National Restoration Party (NAREP) president Elias Chipimo junior has implored Republican President Michael Sata to put in place a strong team of experts to give guidance to him on his decisions.

QFM News reports that speaking to journalists during a media briefing at the party secretariat in Lusaka today, Mr. Chipimo said his party is concerned with the President’s errors on various decisions which clearly indicate that he does not consult his advisors.

Mr. Chipimo explained that Zambians have higher expectations in the current government and that failure to implement campaign promises will result in people losing confidence in the Patriotic Front administration.

He says government will not fulfill people’s expectations by making realignments and reshuffles at various levels and setting up commissions of inquiry adding that such moves are a sheer waste of public resources.

And Mr. Chipimo has advised the government to offer strong leadership on the controversy surrounding the Barotseland agreement of 1964.

He says government should come up with a solution that will be accepted by all parties involved and ensure that the matter does not threaten the peace and unity that Zambia continues to enjoy.

The opposition leader has also charged that in the Zambian set up, homosexuality is neither accepted nor condoned and that President Sata’s government must stick to biblical principles on the matter.

    “Mr. Chipimo said his
    party is concerned with the
    President’s errors on various
    decisions which clearly indicate
that he does not consult his
advisors”. THIS STATEMENT IS CONTRADICTING THE HEADLINE. SATA MAY HAVE A STRONG TEAM BUT DOES NOT CONSULT IT.

CHIPIMO – the same biblical principles say that ” LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR” and also “THOU SHALL NOT JUDGE “. God will burn you all in HELL for trampling on the human rights of fellow citizens just because they are gay. Many of you chaps eact insects like grasshoppers, caterpillars and weird animals like monkeys, rats, and hopani – but we still accept you even with your stinking mouths. From now on, whover tells me that I have eaten a monkey or vinkubala or inswa or rats or hopani, I will chase you from house because your breath will polute my livingroom. Leave gay people alone. Infact many of you speaking loudly against gay people you are gay yourselves. Stop quoting the Bible because God is coming to judge you for judging others…

Gokigo, you will do well to turn to God. WHEN you DIE, are you going to heaven or hell?

      With love.

The NAREP chief concerns are genuine. The Barotse Issue is a sensitive one and only the president need to guide the nation after consultations with all the stake orders. His excellence I believe has heard comments from different quotas of society and my confident we shall have a solution to the problem soon. Give him time to consult otherwise.

Chipimo, HH and Milupi should come together. Such combination will create a movement like we saw during the era of MMD vs UNIP. After all PF is being led by tired old goats, look at Shamenda ke ke ke ke ke ke ke ke ke!

I think the greatest concern is that SATA is not willing to consult. He is trying to run government alone. This is embarrassing and unfair to people who put you in power!

Elias, your former partner at Corpus Globe; Machila, is queer so what are you telling us? If you couldn’t control gay activities at your own law firm (Lord knows what was going on behind closed doors!) you have NO moral authority to speak on this issue. Biblical principles my ass; I have credible information that you were infact screwing a prominent married lady lawyer at your law firm (I won’t name her out of respect). You’ll never get to plot 1 with your elitist blue eyed boy crap.

Elias has failed to make an impact. He is not connecting; and in next elecction, he may be lucky to gunner 100,000 votes. take my word. Politics is about charisma, especially for own-founded parties. Sata is the only own-founder party leader who emerged president. The rest, from KK, were identified and propped. for the latter, it is charater and integrity that matters. For own-founders, charisma and lies.

My president needs to succeed in what he is doing so we can all benefit. But before that happens there is need to hire professional counselors to help him understand what the expectation of people are on his shoulders. On the number of errors it is sad to note the rate is too high and if it was formal employment he could have been fired just after 3months (90 days). Especially on not respecting the constitution which is the basis for the presidence.

lets stop blaming advisers for presidents’ errors. we dont elect advisers. if a president does not want advisers that is ok.all we want is sound decisions. so MCS should be looked at in the context of an elected official not in the eyes of advisers

Chipimo has a point and that is constructive opposition politics of offering advise.
It was good to see him introduce himself as the official opposition at the N’cuala as some so called opposition leader where no where to be seen!!!
