The opposition Movement for Multi-party Democracy (MMD) has challenged Patriotic Front Secretary General Winter Kabimba to prove his allegations that some Cabinet Ministers are working with opposition political parties in the country.

The opposition Movement for Multi-party Democracy (MMD) has challenged Patriotic Front Secretary General Winter Kabimba to prove his allegations that some Cabinet Ministers are working with opposition political parties in the country.

MMD Vice President for administration Brian Chituwo says it is cheap politicking for Mr. Kabimba to insinuate that some PF members are working with the opposition.

Dr. Chituwo says Mr. Kabimba should make the confidential matters he is talking about clearer because he understands that no well meaning leader can be careless in giving out certain information.
Speaking to QFM News, Dr. Chituwo says there is nothing wrong with ministers sharing their developmental programmes with any citizen because what makes up government is not the president and ministers but all citizens.

He states that Mr. Kabimba, being Secretary General of the PF should prove his allegations with evidence

Meanwhile, MMD National Chairman Kabinga Pande says any party member opposed to the appointment of Kapembwa Simbao as acting National Secretary and the expulsion of Major Richard Kachingwe should use the right channel to bring out their concerns instead of using the media.

Mr. Pande says it will be wrong for any party member who has concerns over the administration of the party to use the media as a channel when the party has laid down procedures.

Speaking to QFM News, Mr. Pande says there is need for party members to desist from using the media as a channel to voice out on matters affecting the party as it will be inappropriate for the party.

He states that the leadership of the party is open to listen to any advice from any member of the party as long as it is passed on using the right channel.

Mr. Pande has since appealed to the membership of the party not to be demoralized by the happenings in the party stating that there is still hope to revive the party.

  1. They are just prepaing and getting ready for the time when Nevers Mumba joins PF. He will surely join PF after destroying and abandoning MMD.

  2. Doctor will definately join pf to enrich his CV: President Victory Ministries, President CNN, President RP, Vice President MMD, President MMD, Member PF.

  3. Please Dr. Brian Chituwo for your own sake, you are above such mediocrity as arguing with people over excited with the instruments of power. In any case, ancient wisdom dictates that you don’t argue with a fool. Because if you do, he will drag you to his level, and when he does, he will use years of experience against you and beat you to it. Let them rant and blurt but karma will catch them. Watch this space ………

  4. From the onset some of us opposed to the Pastor to takeover the running of MMD, but Kachingwe himself was quoted as saying he wanted a pure Bemba to takeover. He didnot support hon Musokotwane,Pande and others who were contesting for the position, to him those were of tainted blood who were not to quick with their fingers. So where are we with Bemba pure blood? MMD is now 20years steps behind.

  5. THIS WINTER IS A FOOL. IS HE NOT AWARE THAT SATANA IS WORKING WITH MMD MPS IN BROAD DAY LIGHT? THIS CONMPAINT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY ROUND, MMD IS SUPPOSE TO COMPALIN NOT THESE PATRIOTIC FOOLS

  6. Dr Chituwo, as someone has already pointed out, should be above engaging in such useless talk. Kabimba is a frightened little man who feels insecure in that tribalistic party.
