    • Shamenda should be ashamed of himself. How many FOUNDING and royal PF members are languishing as back backbenchers in Parliament and qualified for appointment as Deputy Ministers who have continued to be ignored in preference for MMD MPs who never campaigned and suffered for PF.

    • Ni cibombebombe kabili. It means amongst the PF cadre there is no human resource to implement the promises they promised.

  1. The opposition should devise another strategy. That’s why starting threats as a strategy it becomes hard to use other forms of strategy now the option is ‘compromise’ and if it fails that’s the end.

  2. Shamenda should be ashamed. Where on earth does a Govt encourage such an expensive political dispensation? And pretending to be an all inclusive Govt. these old morons should know that we are aspire to be a democracy and induced political prostitution is not democracy. Never, in the history of Politics, have I seen such undignified prostitution from people who are supposed to champion our moral fibre. What a state of shame for what was a beacon nation….
Ati “we are an inclusive Government” and yet you kill your own just to keep others out of parliament.

  3. Well said sir.No wonder Chipata Central,Feira,Monze,Mkushi,Kafulafuta and Solwezi east yonse tulegeta.PF rules this game.

  4. Honorable Minister By-Elections are an expense, why encourage such. You mean you cannot wait for 2016?? To target MPs from all corners of the Country.YOUR LEVEL OF THINKING IS BELOW AVERAGE. DON’T FAIL US. DO GOOD FOR OUR PEOPLE THAN WASTE MONEY MEANT FOR DEVELOPMENT IN YOUR CAMPAIGNS.
STOP THE DEFECTIONS, STOP BEING SELFISH, SERVE YOUR PEOPLE.

  5. We keep on borrowing the money to fund by elections ….its heart breaking when you see how our friends have developed..How can you be a patriot in the country with no hope and direction? Thats why a simple statement from the Veep about SA to some Zambians was like insulting a god..We cant stand on our feet..Today even nigerians are managing to colonise us through their movies..We dont have our fundamental beliefs that can show that here is a Zambian….God help us…

    • SIR, I THINK THE ONE WHO HAS ONE BRAN CELL IS YOU!! WHY DO I SAY SO? LOOK, THERE YOU ARE….YOU CLAIM TO BE ENGINEER FROM AUSTRALIA WHEN IN REALITY YOU ARE BUSY CLEANING IN OLD PEOPLE’S HOMES SOMEWHERE! ALL YOUR COMMENTS LACK SUBSTANCE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. VERY DULL CIMWANA ICI!!!

BY THE WAY, ARE YOU ALSO SUGGESTING THAT ALL TONGAS HAVE ONE BRAIN CELL EACH..? LEARN TO HAVE RESPECT FOR ELDERS CINTU CENU!

  6. “Lies, lies lies; lies for breakfast, lies for lunch & lies for dinner – lies all the time” said former President Dr K D Kaunda – and these remarks are such a befitting description of the PF. If these appointments were genuine and made on merit and in the interest of representivity why don’t these opposition MPs get get full ministerial positions?

  7. Actually, we need a Ministry of By-Elections … And I imagine the incumbent being the busiest minister in the PF cabinet…

  8. They are consolidating the PF numbers in parliament so that they ratify a useless, pf friendly constitution.

  9. I’m sure PF can make use to ministers regardless of which party the belong to. Does an MP have to resign and join PF to be able to server the country?

This nonsense from the government of the day has to come to an end. We are going backwards VERY quickly, focussing on trivial things such as by-elections and chasing after money that has been chewed. Can we focus on job creation, adding value to the quickly depreciating Kwacha, mending international relations and generally governing the nation.

I look for the day when I can read a headline that reads “PF has actually done something to benefit Zambians – not just themselves”.

My poor country — what have we done. We have no wars, no natural disasters, no enemies – yet we are dangling at the bottom of everything.

    Wake up…

  10. Ba Shamenda plz u r no longer dealing with the ‘useful *****s Power Failure Cadres(PF)’,The majority Zambians are now enlightened.Only the weak souls can be deceived by PF.PF is a one-term government,no matter how much manipulation PF shall scheme/do.

  11. shamenda is a hypocrit e. Just like the usefull ***** behind him, ask the civil servants under MLSS and they will tell the story. Ministry of labour is hell on earth and you expect officers to deliver,

  12. Actually, it looks like the PF govt must create a Ministry of By-elections…. And I can imagine this minister being the busiest in the PF cabinet!

  13. This is PF at work. Man of Action. I hope all the PF supporters are proud to pay their KR9.99999 at the filling station & high prices in the buses while the song BUFI is playing on the radio.

  14. AS MUCH AS THE RULING PARTY WANTS THE NUMBER IN THE HOUSE, ME AM CONDEMNING ANY ONE IN THIS COUNTRY MISLEADING PEOPLE THAT WERE WE HAVE OPPOSITION THERE BE NO DEVELOPMENTS I KNOW IN EVERY PART OF THIS COUNTRY WE HAVE PF MEMBERS THATS WHY THEY WON 2011, THE BY ELECTION YOU ARE CREATING AND WASTING TAX PAYERS MONEY WE SHALL REMIND YOU EVEN AFTER A DECADE UMULANDU TAUBOLA

  15. dirty and dull minister..atase..all inclusive..you need to tell us if its a govt of national unity or what..!

  16. Bashamenda, i thought your age can help to be reasonable but now iam very disapointed. By the way, what is PF’s priority? Having more ministers or developing the country? for God’s sake Ndola central has not even known what development looks like since you were voted in and you are there cheating those people.
If you think iam lying visit Chipulukusu and Sisnia=Nkwazi bwafya ubuchush abantu
