Bri. gen. Kapaya; stop lying about the president s health unless that area you are campaigning in has no television service, because the last time zambians viewed him on T V he did not look the picture of health. secondly; whether the people vote for someone in the opposition it is the duty of the government to develope every corner of the country even those that are under opposition; after all it is not PF money that is used to develope but tax payers money which is paid even by the opposition: if you want peaceful elections; keep the PF thugs you guys bring by the truck full to destabilise elections.

What academic qualifications do you need to be a Bri. General. Im asking because the coherence in speech is lacking. Let alone logical analysis. With this level of lacking analysing reality can this fosil plan and win a war. What more of development related issues. SATA if fine! Where? In the grave? Come out clean and the people of Luapula that they need to think of another president.
