A 14 year old girl has been defiled and impregnated in Sinazongwe district in Southern Province.
James Sigaba the father of the defiled girl said in an interview when he reported the matter to Sinazongwe police that his daughter was in grade seven at Siamuyala Basic School.

Mr. Sigaba who is from Siamuyala village in Chief Sinazongwe area identified the alleged defiler as Peter Mukonka who is 20 years old of Siamuyala Village.

And Mrs Linety Sigaba the mother of the defiled girl said her daughter is two and half month pregnant.
Mrs. Sigaba disclosed that the alleged defiler has accepted that he was responsible for impregnating her 14 old year girl.
She said the medical report obtained from Maamba Hospital and approved that the girl was pregnant.

Police source at both Maamba and Sinazongwe said the district has the highest number of defilement cases in Southern Province.

The sources said parents have a problem of reporting defilement cases because they always try to sort them outside the court and when they fail to agree that is when they report topolice.

  1. If it was done by force he should be hung by his neck but if there was some kind of relationship that the girl approved of the boy must be forced to look after the baby for life and support the mother.

Think that most marriage’s are in the range of 6 years in ages.
this is just underage so it makes it scandelous.

  2. I had a shock when I heard that my niece who is just 16 years was impregnated by someone who stopped school in Grade 9. She had just passed her exams to go into Grade 10. My annoyance is that I had a direct conversation with her on the need to keep away from boys. All this fell on deaf ears. I do not see the determination in most of the young ones, to study hard and stand on their own feet. What is wrong with this generation? Inonge can you please comment.

  3. #3 it can be
    1.genetic
    2.environment

4.the only pipo kids fear most are biological parents. Thus letting your kids staying with grands or aunties or uncles they can easily get spoiled.

Female children need love from fathers and if that dont get that love while growing, they will look for it in their early teens.

  4. I beleive the two had a relatioship. But out of fear that she is pregnant it’s now defilement. nowadays the young girls and boys start having sex as aerly as 11 yrs. I dont buy it she was in a relationship with him. Am 23 years and proud to say am still a virgin. becouse i treasure my self and i have kept my self for the right guy.having a BF doesnt mean you must have sex . she will end up sleeping with the all village

  5. I agree with #4 Ba joze if you fathers you dont give your love to your daughters while thy are growing up thy will get it from some one, mistaken it by having sex. SEX and LOVE are two different things.

  6. #6 am glad to hear that you are still a virgin at 23 which is very rare in our generation. What has been your secret and how can you encourage these’lost’young sisters to follow your foot steps?

  7. Knowing what you want in life. Fast things are not gud. My mother always tels me . Sunga umukoshi ubulungu tabwashupa. i know there is so much presure. but you just have to know what you wantin life. threre is northing wrong with having a BF. but if you cant handle the pressure thn plz DONT.

  8. And am just tooo proud of my self to be touched by every jack and jill. no way. over my dead body. Nakana sana nemwana wamubemba

I was in hurry when listing those points #4.Iam sure you must have been brought up by both of your biological parents te? When you were young, your closest parent must be have been dad te?During that time you were stealing love from him to make you secure in terms power will and decision making when it come to relationships.BUT those girls who miss dad-daughter relationshp when young they end up looking for it in a wrong way as long as a riff ruff tells them”I love you”and end up..

  10. #10 cont…
..giving themselves all out to them as a way of compensation of missed childhood-father love.On the issue of genetic, yes it is true no questions about it and environment plays a key role in up bringing of children, if girls get pregnant in their teens then that will be a trend for the next generation unless something disturb that trend.

  11. #11 cont..
A boy who spends much of his time with his mum will likely find it hard to marry or divorsing coz of too much love he stole from mum.In the village scenario boys normally stay away from homes and spend much of their time hunting or friends. The trade off is when the boy is not in touch with his biological mum he looks for anyone in skirt to spill out love he missed.

  12. Its sad, but it is happening world wide. I wouldnt arrest my grandchilds father because whats done is done. I would only advise my daughter to refrain from sex once the baby was born. Something of course should it have happened, I should have advised her/him not to dare taste the forbiden fruit. some pregnancies are unwanted but the babies are wanted and loved. Granddad take it easy and relax.

  13. #10,11,12. Ba joze. unfortunately i come frm a brocken home. But i thnk God for a wonderful woman. My mother she plyd both roles in my life.thy divoced whn i was 4YRS. I realy wish i had a dad, Being young and your friends are tolking Dad this dad that.I had no Dad to boost about. But mum raised me in the fear of God.I pray to God that i would never go through such a life, me and my children.

  18. Hey its really sad that such things are happening in our country. I really don’t understand what goes on in the minds of these defilers. Mwanyanya and Nkandu Kataya, whats with all these insults? I agree with FACT that its such people like you who teach the youngsters insele. This is a blog and something is mo serious is being talked about, plz respect yourselves.

  19. You two are defiling children on this blog, dont you know that children of nowdays are blog literacy. I think mwanyanya and Nkandu Kataya are child defilers. Pls Chief of Cops (Mateyo) catch these two and chain them, they are not worthy staying in the communities of normal pipo.

the problem has always been these kids are taught traditional sexual engineering techniques and their curiosity takes over!!What is the point of teaching bedroom gymnastics to a pubescent child of 12 or 13?? when she gets knocked up we all express surprise….contradictory/hypocritical don’t you think ??
