    • Oh dear… am loving this, this is setting a very good precidence, as honourable Musonda said he was “duty bound to met out deterrent punishment to warn would be offenders”. Just imagin the kind of message we are sending out to the entire continent… we are in it ladies and gentlemen… we are a bellweather, a pioneer of prosecuting these high cases. My idea of all this is we as Zambians do not care who is right or who is wrong any more… It is what is right and what is wrong… GOD BLESS US ALL I thought this would never come

    • LT… what is wrong with my comment, thought it is an inocous statement can you release my comments. It is like half of what am blogging you are not releasing, what is the point of this site then? I am discussing substance here matters at the core of the country and not being vaulgar, you still choose to withhold half my comments…

    • IWE!!! dont be so naive prison is never short of wives, i can assure you he will not his hubby even for bit.

    • For sure you are a Chicken !! out of all the things sex is wat worries you? your mind really is that of a chicken. Dirty minded chap! you are so immature

  1. AYASS!!!!!!!! ……the roosters coming home to roost, this arguably the greatest time to be a Zambian,
there’s so much drama going on

  2. Again this is a lesson to be learned. I hope those in Office today can see what awaits them tomorrow. Good Move

  3. The convictions of the high profile persons comes as a blessing in disguise to a lot of poor inmates , people/friends /relatives visiting these TYCOONS will be told how appalling the conditions are in our prisons . Perhaps some one will attend to them for the benefit of all.

  4. How come all the X military commanders have been jailed? Are they the only ones that practiced corruption in Zambia? I think most of the civil servants are corrupt and its about time justice was spread to all for the sake of equality.

  5. This thing is tough on the family. Do you think these people are really going to go in or do you think they are going to appeal?

  6. IS THIS CIRCUS ZAMBIA? JUST IN 3WEEKS WE CONTINIOUSLY HEAR THE IMPROSONEMENT AND RELEASE OF PIPO ON BAIL NONSENSE..

  7. ….for some strange reason, I strongly think all these people and politicians that are being sentenced wont serve their whole full sentences. Somebody or some politician will come up with same parole excuse for then just as its happening with Schabir in South Africa. God help Africa and good luck fellow Africans!

  8. We hope these sodiers been sentenced wont bounce back all else nyama soya will turn into nyama delelele without soup.

    • Ba muze you should be right. Its so nice to condemn and not to be condemned leaving your short or tall partner.

  9. Zedians whats happening? Its Dora this, General that, Nyama soya here Shaka there..are we on pause nothing else to talk about? These politicians are messing us up. Remember the final prison the HELL. Wore to those who will be jailed twice.

  10. The bible says train a kid in a way you want them to be brought up.surely are you not trying to train labbels by sending these generals to jail.please think propery because those generals you are busy sentencing have very big influwence dispite being retaired.think about it .

    • Ba Muze stop scaring us pa Zed, after you watched prison break at home then you want to cheat us,We are not in Congo, Guinea or Rwanda, those guys deserve that kind of treatment and i think it is not even enough maybe 20 years could have been better.
Those guys where senor in positions and could have been leading by example **==

    • Livingstone,Dont think its prison break its real life story i say this because when people starts runing away you wont have anywere to run to.In zimbabwe there is chorela and the zambezi river which is flooded,in congo you know whats there,in bostwana there is too much cattle and malawi is to small for you.!Generals are never retaired or fired.

    • What are you suggesting? That they cant be punished like any other ordinary Zambian. Its that kind of attitude that did put us exactly where we are today. Never ever compromise justice irrespective of who is who. We created these rules and agreed to them, and so nobody should be exempted from them.AS long as you are not God, you are as Human as every other humans there is on this earth. Period!

  11. ba muze I totally agree with you and for Ka’Doyo I think you need some insight and forward thinking instead of just focusing and implying that “they should be jailed.” Have you ever heard of military courts that exist in countries that are democratic such as in the U.S.? Well if not there is a reason that generals, etc are prosecuted in the military system due to state secrets, rank profiles and so on. We are not doing our country justice by waving the flag of glory that yes we have convicted generals and an intelligence chief in our normal courts of law. I’d love to read your comment when s*** hits the fan and maybe you’ll be running somewhere seeking for refuge like our war victim…

    • The democratic you sound like a man. I mean i agree with you totally. Ba doyo or whatever the name is not serious. Its us common people who saffer at the end of the day. There is owez the best way of doing things. What happens to other countries could happen to Zambia as well ask Kenyans or our neighbour Zim. God bless Zed.

  12. May the soul of our departed leader LPM rest in peace, as he made it part of his mandate to bring back the sanity and intergrity that our government deserves. God is good all the times…! amen.

  13. woowowwo don’t say thats its political stand ,don’t worried man ur man of people ..may Godbless u 😡

  14. what about kafupi…?too bad all the generals that served under chiluba are goine in..what is happening in zambia..?are politicians more important than generals..?
