Exodus Stables Promotion proprietor, Antony Mwamba, has

urged Zambians to be patriotic and not politicize female boxer, Esther Phiri’s recent boxing wins.

Mwamba, who is also Esther’s trainer said in an interview in Lusaka today that Zambians should support the female boxing icon rather than criticize her wins.

He has also advised people who are critical of Esther recent victory to find other means of proving that the female boxer’s fights and victories were genuine.

Mwamba has also disclosed that Esther Phiri will on Monday next week go into the gym to start preparing for her next fight.

He explained that as a champion, Esther would go to the gym so that she can prepare for any future challenge.

And a Lusaka business woman Mwangala Lethbridge has offered Esther, another boxer Kennedy Kanyanta, and trainer Antony Mwamba a day to do their manicure, pedicure, hair salon, and massage as an appreciation for the recent victories in Kenya.

Mrs. Lethbridge is the Managing Director of Avocado Hair and Day Spa said she decided to do this to appreciate the team for bringing glory to the country.

There has been a lot criticism from the public on Esther’s victories, with many people questioning the authenticity of her recent opponent, Ratree Kreakae of Thailand.

  1. You can’t avoid criticism, Mr. Promoteer. Just make sure you clinch the best deals for Esther and everyone will be satisfied.

  2. We have the right to criticise when we see wrong things! Kabobola would have made a worty opponent than that so called boxer Esther beat. Mwamba, waba umusana kwati liplanga!!

  3. ESTHER, IS SHE WEARING SOMETHING ON HER FACE WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE LEGS. SHE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL WHEN NATURAL NOMBA ALEMONEKA KWATI AFWELE MASK. THIS SO CALLED COACH MWAMBA HE NEVER STOPS TO AMAZE ME, THE CHAP IS MORE OF AN OPPORTUNIST THAN A COACH. LOOK AT HIM, HE IS LOOKING LIKE A CHOLA BOY MUKATONDO STREET. MAMA ESTHER, WE HAVE A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO CRITICISE YOU. YOUR BELTS HAVE BEEN WON WHEN THEY WERE VACANT AND VACANT BELTS ARE USUALLY NOT DEFENDED BY ANY ONE. SECONDALY, YOUR LAST FIGHT WAS DUPED. YOU FAUGHT A SO CALLED GHOST AS THE REAL FIGHTER COULD NOT SHOW UP DUE TO THE LIMITED FINANCES IN THE BELT WHICH TOO WAS VACANT. WE NEED TO SEE HER FIGHTING OPONENTS LIKE EMELDA KIRKLAND AND ANASTASIA CHAPMAN SINCE THEY ARE ALL IN THE SAME CATEGORY.

  4. critisim makes people strong, its time for you Esther to prove to us why we should not critise you.

  5. Esther Phiri will on Monday next week go into the gym to start preparing for her next fight, who will be the opponent? lets hope it not some unknown fighter in Zimbabwe. or malawi.

  6. People critizing Esther’s recent fight are right the boxer was not well informed about the fight cos it turns out that she returned home without the belt she was saying she will bring it to Zambia. Mr Mwamba and Cotton must have know what was going on before the fight. A proffesional boxer fighting at a dinner (restaurant) lowers her morale. People are disappointed about it especial those who travelled to she her in action. She was being used to attract customers for the big daddies. Zambians are tired of false promises. hence the complaint that follows 🙁

  7. #5 Chama mwaume Are you saying that ba Esther bana zola vima jalibu, its looks like two different people from bottom to the face.

  8. Eee looks like she has started to bleach her face with Sukisa Bango, Jaribu na Ambi. Looks resembles ishasha lypa Tarveni “fanta cocacola”

  9. I shall not follow the course of this thread. Firstly we are criticising the management team, not Esther herself. We love Esther she has more medallions than our national soccer team on the significance level. Plus someone tell Esther not to bleach show her gabrielle Union and why she will look good like Angella Basett when she is older because chocolate skin stays intact. Michael Jackson is regretting now because black is in. Most powerful president black, that name OBAMA makes him black. Influential woman black, worlds greatest brain surgeon black, world smartest astro physicist black. Super computer replaced by a dual processor chip invented by a Nigerian. The additions are for us all to know blackness started civilization. It was finally even in the national geographic.

  10. ### to all blogging, I share all these random facts of knowledge even on an article about Esther so as to keep our people enlightened. We need God and the intelligent wisdom he has given us to protect our nation, women, men, children and the animals God gave us to be custodians of. Yes by criticising the management we are helping her. We all want her to fight equal rank opponents, but only after adequate training and medical approval. If she cannot last a certain amount of rounds while slap boxing or. She does not punch methodically while gaurding herself; then she won’t fight. It’s the validity of the opponents plus Esther’s help we should all be concerned about, for I know some want her to fight because of a latent jealousy syndrome. She went from rugs to riches so to say, protect…

  11. No# Woman of substance , lol you really want her to take some punches?Or do you want her to play it smart? lol.

  12. CHAMA MWAUME kanshi nobe naumona ati nabamba ukuuza. Whoever is lying to her that she looks better with bleached skin is unfair. To Anthony, in bemba we say ‘apakomaila nondo ninshi pali ubulema.’ Esther needs quality opponents not make shift amateurs from wherever. Its not just the issue of amassing belts like mangos but getteing them after convicing all that your boxer is good.
