  1. LT can you please proofread and do spell check before you post your stories. The Brits should just close their high commission, and we will see where these goons will get their donor funding from.

  2. By asking for AID from donor countries you have allowed them to involve themselves in your country’s affairs. Don’t complain. A certain man in Luangwa Township of Kitwe had failed to repay a debt he had with a Senegalese. To avoid being pestered or taken to court, the man had to allow this Senesene to interfere in his domestic affairs ie having S- E- X with his wife. That is our situation, whether you like it or not.

That man is a coward and a fool at the same time.As far as I know ,there is no law in Zambia which sends a debtor to jail just because he is unable to settle the debt but is willing to pay when (s)he has money. Why sacrifice your wife? Bullshit!!
Coming to the petiton,as long as we get their money as AID,they will always have a say.It is for this reason that they are wary of making African countries AID-independent cos they lose influence. These bazungus just serve their interests.I have come to know them.

  4. #4 Sharp Shooter: The more reason why we must find a way of stopping this dependence on AID. How and why did we start to borrow when we had a lot of money at independence. Of course even the USA borrows but manages the debt well. In our case we are like a man who borrows KALOBA only to use it on beer. Even locally we get ferterlizer on the FISProgram only to sell the commodity at give away prices so that we can buy Kachasu beer. Our regional bodies have become merely talking shops and cant find a solution to our plight.

  5. British High Commissioner in zambia, should learn how to behave or else, we will use Mugabe as an attack dog to them, he gat good words for such fellows, the born again colonialists!

  6. Do not think that when you get Aid then donors take over your country i’m a Zambian who lives and works in England for over 15 years, you come here and talk about their affairs you will see what they will do to you after all they don’t even want people from that part of the world here any more.

  7. if i give a family grudaz to help them buy graze, pay hospital bills, etc and then the head of the family who never used to look very posh suddenly starts to wear designers, grabbing other pipo’s wifes and telling members of the family to worship him while his family starves, i have the right to investigate the bagger. with overwhelming evidence agaist this fella on me, some one tells me he is innocent, goddamit! i wil speak coz its my money though the family is not mine. the children are sarving man.

  8. NO 7// Its true they dont want people from that part of the world yes, but its not only from africa, ntilefye from anywhere. ask BNP. the problem with the current issue is that the Zambian Govt corruption is known world wide and everyone who is involved with the country is concerned. Mr Carter just used the diplomacy even to respond to the demands. Those politicians were literally using some of the kabovas language. APAKOMAILA NONDO NINSHI PALI UBULEMA. If all was fine, I dont think the donars will be bothering our leaders.

  9. Well said#10, the Britsih government pumped in alot of money to help with the fight against corruption. So they have a every reason to ask why the fight against corruption has a taken a different course.
