  3. Pic #3, I have never heard of Kamloops Rd in Lusaka, where about is it? Kamloops sounds strange, is it from some of these ‘investors’ flooding Lusaka?

  4. #4 kamloops runs from alick nkata rd to great east rd i.e. connecting kalingalinga to munali. it has almost always been there.

  5. Pic #14…zain should have donated those payphones to some poor souls who would have have put them to good use. they will just be rotting there.

  7. LT, small correction for pic 12. Evans Chibiliti is now Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet. Secretary to the Treasury is Likolo Ndalamei.

  8. #8 Mafosisa,

Thank you very much for the information, I now have an idea because I know Alick Nkata rd runs from Long acres past the mass media to kalingalinga. Thank you and have a good evening.

  9. Pic #$
‘Business as usual … some individuals busy breaking stones for sale at an illegal quarry along Alick Nkhata road in Lusaka’
    ILLEGAL QUARRY?
LT, you should change this caption because it is not fair to these women who are risking their health to earn a living to be accused of illegal ‘mining of stones from a pit’ (quarrying), when all they are doing is crushing them to smaller size. Someone else has done the quarrying.

  10. Kamloops?
Isn’t that a little town in Canada’s British Columbia?
Why was the road named after the town? Do we have Lusaka road in Kamloops or is Lusaka twinned with Kamloops? Can someone please shed some light on this Civics?

  11. Kamloops used to be called Kalingalinga Road (Munali to Kalingalinga) until Chiluba renamed it for reasons I’d also want to know.

  12. Pic# 13 there is no female PS it seems? there should be gender equity at this level so that other lower organs should follow suit. Awe napapa

  15. DENYING the existence of rampant corruption and abuse of public resources in government is like denying that a human being does not go to the toilet, Roan Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili has charged.

  16. :) picture 1 through 3, Zambian small business enterprises that needs lending institutions that have mandated laws; Also the Ministry of labour to set up training videos and T.V programs to enhance reponsibility and saving initiatives.

  20. FYI Saints no 16:
Kamloops to me sounds like Kam-stands for Kalingalinga Munali and the loops means it is a loop road hence Kamloops.I stand to be corrected.

  21. No. 16, 18 & 39. Lusaka city is twinned with Kamloops city of BC in Canada. This is were the name comes from. Just like Dunshambe Rd is named after a similarly twinned city.

  22. Magnificent issues altogether, you simply received a logo new reader. What would you suggest about your put up that you just made a few days ago? Any certain?
