He Gives Good Gifts

Share

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father…”
(James 1:17, NKJV)

TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria

God has so many good and perfect gifts in store for you. Not only does He offer eternal life through His Son, Jesus, but the Bible is filled with His generous and abundant promises in this life. He wants to bless you with provision and supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. He wants to pour out His abundant favor on you and cause everything you touch to prosper. He wants to bless you with spiritual gifts and make you strong in your inner man. He wants you to enjoy your job and be proud of your work each day. These are all gifts from God.

Every good gift from God is meant to draw us closer to Him. Often times, people have an idea about God based on past experiences. But today, I encourage you to let go of old mindsets and see God according to His Word. He is good and faithful, and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! Seek Him today and experience the life of blessing He has in store for you!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father in heaven, thank You for Your good and perfect gifts. I open my heart to You today and ask that You help me see Your goodness so that I can know You more. Fill me with Your peace and joy as I follow You all the days of my life. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

  1. yes numbala 1, i think they need to change zambia from a christian nation. it just isnt good for development and social growth. many times christianity has blocked certain relevant policies from being put in place. we need to move away from this religious based governance, its this which the missionaries and the western world used to influence us and govern us on our own soils. it therefore works only in a colonial based type of leadership and not self governance mixed with the current forces of globablisation. if you have anything negative to say.. please email me at: ndalyalive (at) shut yo mouth dot com,

  2. Please people let us not put the Almighty God in your situations 1,3 and 4 you will go to hell do, not provoke God and if you are not a believer, would you mind inviting Jesus as your personal saviour before you lose your precious life that God as given you. If you luck wisdom ask God he will teach you how to be wise. From the abundance of your hearts 1,and 3 your month speaks, you are just showing the whole world what your stone heart is full. May the Almighty God forgive you.

  3. numbala 5! please give objective views and solutions, we are not here for a religious sermon. dont give emotional views or solutions to a problem. keep praying that zambia becomes poor, and do not work towards it.. see what will happen. u will remain praying till yo death! lets not be so backward and emotional when it comes to policy issues. thats why most africn nations are under developed, our friends make a differentiation between governance and religious issues. religious issues should not constitute a nations constitution.

  4. Guys lets not play with God but please respect him for he is the owner of our souls and by his grace we live.In this case, repentance is the best.
