Share

The Livingstone Magistrate today heard how an Inmate at Livingstone Prison was sodomised by a fellow inmate.

Facts before the court are that on dates between 27th January and 28th January 2011 at Livingstone District of Southern province,Geoffrey Muleya had carnal knowledge of Obbrey Mwiinga 38,a fellow inmate at Livingstone prison.

This is contrary to section 155 of the penal code chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.

Obbrey testified that on the material day around 22 hours Geoffrey Muleya who is his cellmate and older than him used force to have sexual intercourse with him.

He said when he reported the matter to the jail captain he was told that if he(Muleya) repeated this action was going to be taken.

Mwiinga further testified that the following night Muleya wanted to do the same and it was at this point that the cell captain was alerted and found Muleya wanting to rape Mwiinga.

The matter comes up on June 6th for continued trial.

  1. Amalwele mu Livingstone Sodom and Gomora Prison ba Godfrey Muleya hino kayi badala ndagambwa mebo kuhwa makani abo. 2. Ba Jabulani gulumule,

you are very funny.. ati ubulwele uyu wabafye kwa Chatulika Village..lol kale naumfwilepo Chatulika village…

  3. So this is what MMD plunderers will find in prisons? No wonder they are panicking. Anway, they will have a test of their own medicine.

  4. What did Obbrey saying that Godfrey is older than him have to do with anything? Was he trying to explain how it is that he was forced or overpowered? He should have talked about him being physically stronger than him..not older than him!!

  5. Is it not Livingstone Prison where Constable Sata served his sentence in the early 1960s ? They say some things never change.

  6. AAHHH so its true, Chaps fu.ck ar.se in gulloz, thot its just fictional sensetional stories. This is disgusting and nauseating!!!

  7. This is good for PF chaps and thats what they want us Zambian to be engaging ourselves in. To hell with SATA and his gay manifesto

  8. Big deal (they got caught), this is the order of the day and night in prisons everywhere…where do you think ‘sagging’ came from? Prison…that is the ‘am available’ sign and our kids are crazy over this fashion trend. Please do not give sata the credits for sodomy, it’s much bigger than him. If the bible had to deal with it, what makes you think Zambia is immune.

  9. These are the reasons why i can not even simply borrow my sisters car without permission. Find your self in prison and you shall be someone else’s snack!!!

  10. It the waste man should ever think of doing…..too bad this man has called for his life sentence,he will be given more many years that he may not finish alive

    • Muleya is a dog. These are guys who **** cattle. Have stopped eating cow’s meet. These guy **** animals. What the name? Animalsexual!! It sucks yack!! Dead fool!

  11. Remember Sata was at one time in prison. He must have relied on it to relux the tention in him. Only that he wants it done even out of prison this time. Women will not vote for Sata as this will deprive him of market. Legalising Homosexuality [gayism and lesbianism] will make people think the practise is fashionable or fancy.

  12. I was in cell 4 for 15 days. These cells are about 60 square metres and they manage to put at least 70 people in there. No wonder these things happen. When you stay there long enough, the fellow next to you slowly turns into a woman. One starts to see things that aren’t there. @-) :-s
Maybe Amnesty International should have a look in there…
