Opposition Patriotic Front (PF) national chairperson Inonge Wina has charged that those doubting the popularity of the opposition party in Western Province will wake up to a rude shock after this year’s tripartite elections when the PF forms government.
Mrs. Wina says the PF has acquired massive support in the province adding that a number of people realized that only PF leader Michael Sata is capable of giving Zambians alternative leadership.
The PF national chairperson told Qfm that people in Western province will not be deterred from rallying behind the PF by a few individuals who she describes as having failed to take development to the area.
She added that no amount of propaganda will stop the majority Zambians from changing government in the coming elections.
Mrs. Wina said contrary to assertions by veteran politician Sikota Wina who has suggested that the opposition party is being fooled by crowds who attended its rallies in Mongu and Senanga adding that Lozi people are complicated.

Stop dreaming madam. How much has the Cobra given you to be used like a dancing queen?
Donchi Kubeba, shiiiiiii[-x They will be shocked when PF forms governent
[-x Only those who are blind and greedy cannot see the poverty on Zambia. We are not a country at war but the poverty you see in Zambia cannot be compared to the countries at war or those who have no resources at all. We need change to put our country in order. Some of you are OK but think of those who are still in Zambia – people of Copperbelt, Western, Northern, Southern, North Western… in fact the whole Zambia
Tell them mami !
this lady doesn’t realise she’s just been used by the serpent..the moment he collapses after they announce the results..she will be fired..
so shall it be Solo so an angel and the message was delivered and I am delivering it to you now that the MMD will lose this year’s election PF Forms the next Govt
#1 and 5 you are still in wonderland. wake up guys you can’t see what is about to happen. Change………………….Political change! You can’t stop the revolution DON’T KUBEBA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
# 5 Palamasaka cii kaalaa
you die in zambia if u kontinue being blind mambala iwe.pipo are fed up of MMD thieves and all you do is write nonsense you child of the witch. kafwile uko chimbwi iwe.
Insalting wont make Sata win people will think that SATA has the same language as yours an not to vote for him
One thing is certain for sure, despite the heavy flow of investment into the country and the so called high GDP records, poverty levels have remained very high. The big question is: where is the money going?
DONCHIII KUBEBA
Its all about revolutionary salutations for the marginalised Zambians,Yes we can.
Fellow bloggers especially like donchi Kubeba- i agree with you on the words “only those who are blind and greedy” do not poverty and the need for a leader who can bring in development than raising anxiety and uncertainty among fellow citizens, residents, investors and visitors to our great country.
Nobody can deny that Zambia has high level of poverty, health, security and transparency problems. But one cannot blame any one party for the malaise. Historical reasons- financing of freedom struggles in ZIm, RSA, Mozambique, Angola; huge investment in infrastructure by UNIP government, spike in oil prices and depression of copper prices, and of course mismanagement of our economy by certain politicians and greed of those near and dear to them.
We have PHD syndrome in Zambia. Contd….
Without labouring too much to sound like defending RB, it will be suffice to mention, show one president that has embarked on development project of such a magnitude to catch up with developed world. Zambia has plenty of natural resources, wood, land, minerals, good weather, water, animals, tourism potential, and what is needed is awareness among foreigners and us alike. Infrastructure improvement and sustainable policies- economic, foreign relations, investment and masses’ focused approach will bring in results and poverty levels will surely reduce.
Let us give the credit where it is due.Â
brotherman you are right about the funding of freedom struggles. but back home what have we done in order to harness our rich mineral resources. i can assure you the levels of poverty were not this high the time super ken left office. the whole thing of privatisation of zccm was poorly handled and as a result investors are mining our copper for free. there is no windfall tax and these guys are busy evading tax. all the money from konkola copper mines is sent to india and then they only send back some for operational costs and salaries. proper exernalisation of profits.government cant collect enough revenue. this makes my heart bleed. we cant even tax the people in the informal sector. we need leadership with balls to make seemingly unpopular decisions in order to rescue the situation.
#13 Preach it my dear and let me hear an Amen from sane thinking Zambians in the audience.
In MMD nobody has ever denied that poverty levels in Zambia are high. It is actually foolish to start debating and let  alone dispute that fact. The issue here:  is something being done about this poverty? You bet. Can you eliminate hunger in Zambia and then move on to eradicate world hunger? Absolutely not. Can you eradicate poverty in 90 days in Zambia? Absolutely not.
These are serious and genuine problems faced by our country and just showing up to insult will not help solve these problems. Some of the people attacking the president have had control of councils for almost a decade and have they demonstarted prudent management of resources at council level? Just giving themselves plots?
mmd is panting like a stray dog when they hear the name sata…
You right man. It even get into convulsions. MMD Come down.
In Kaoma, we wont be touching the snake. Inonge can speak for herself. We Nkoyas will not support who wants to revive the illegitimate BA which entrenches Lozi domination of Western province.
Mukelabai is not a Nkoya name, it’s a Lozi name. Nkoyas, you really surprise me, how can you accept to be condemned to oblivion by the Mbunda immigrants and Luchazis.
Don’t hide in the humble Nkoyas’ name to spread disunity. Nkoyas are good people, don’t bring bring them into this dirty politics.
“She added that no amount of propaganda will stop the majority Zambians from changing government in the coming elections.”
should read
“She added that no amount of propaganda will stop the majority Zambians from not changing government in the coming elections.”
Who’s doing the most propaganda? Isn’t it the Post?
A vote for RB=MORE AMPUTATIONS
Let us wait for elections Bo Ma Wina. The Lozis will speak for themselves just do your home work we shall share the spoils in Western.
Good evening
I like the reasoning by #12, 13 Peace. We tend to be shortsighted when analysing political matters. We have a tendency to put the blame on the politicians and forget that our country was subject to plunder and under-development long before our politicians came along.
We ought to look at the bigger picture. We’ve been through harder times and we have survived. We can still manage to stand the pressure in these times. Zambia is a beautiful place with peaciful people – blessed with stability and plenty of valuable land and resources. All that’s missing is good infrastructure and a sense of committment – not only from politicians but from each and everyone of us to contribute to the development of our nation.
THE TRUTH & NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH………..MMD IS ALREADY SHOCKED WITH PF/SATA’S POPULARITY IN WESTERN PROVINCE………THEY WISH IT WERE A BAD DREAM……..WELL TOO BAD FOR MMD…….WESTERN PROVINCE IS GONE……VERY SOON PF IS GETTING INTO SOUTHERN PROVINCE TO CAUSE HAVOC TO HH’S UPND……..IF YOU CAN’T BEAT THEM??? JOIN THEM!!!!!!………ODI, ODI, SOUTHERN PROVINCE, HERE COMES THE CHIBWATO………DONCHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII KUBEBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mwa Mukolooooooooooo.Pa Bwatooooooooooo.Donchi Kubebaaaaaaaaaaaaa.Wapya Munziii
#16 Mukelabai? Wapinduku? What happened to your Nkoya name bawishi. Can we for once stop the pretence. It is not funny. It is childish sick. Anti ndine munkoya zina langa ni Mukelabai! lol. Pride mulibe malume?
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ELECTION SATA IS STANDING. HE STOOD AND LOST BECAUSE IT WAS HIS TIME TO RULE. BUT NEVER GAVE UP. THIS IS HIS TIME NOW.AT THE APPOINTED TIME. YOUR CHANCE WILL COME. IF WESTERN PROVINCE CANT VOTE FOR HIM WHAT ABOUT THE CB, LUSAKA? MUZI WAPYA!!
You people accusing the lady of being used, probably you don’t know that you too are being used by William Banda and his follower RB.
Bo Inonge is just looking for a job, she knows too well that Sata can’t be a president of a country. Please let’s be fair to ourselves. Sata will be shocked.
@1&2 don’t kubeba? but you don’t have to tell us anything sir, we don’t have to guess who will be pact president, the pact died didn’t it?
the question in everybody’s mind is how the achief architect of corruption can bring development or change, change back to corruption maybe? yes, you have to be pf in order to understand non-sense
Bi Inonge bakami shapa bo Sata if you don’t give him Western Province. You will retire to no dentures land as a destitute so work hard.
Youtube or MUVI TV it- “Miyanda on endorsement” Exposes desperate Mmembe and his PF demagogues.
Wisedom is to know that the bible says that ‘there is a time for everything under heaven’ a time the MMD came and a TIME theyy will leave. Those in UPND and PF you guys know that when you wait too long for liberation doubts creep even in you, your comments are each other are uncalled for work to fulfill you prayers to liberate zambia.
IN THE PICTURE THIS WOMAN CAN ENJOY HERSELF WITH A CUP OF TEA ANY TIME WHILE THE POOR PEOPLE JUST KEEP ON SALIVATING..DURING ELECTIONS .OLD POLITICIANS SHOULD FALL OUT TO PAVE WAY FOR YOUNG AND POOR ONES . W/P IS THE LEAST DEVELOPED AND PEOPLE THERE NEED REAL CHANGE NOT JUST RECYCLING THE WINAS,SATAS
#26 she knows sata cant be president . She is lookin for a job. Check yo logic
Bo Inonge, do not deceive yourself, Sakwiba Sikota was more popular in 2006 than you, but could not convince westerners to go to Sata when they formed that pact of convinience with Sata to manipulate westerners, which angered Sata and even chased and insulted Saki like no man’s business. Sata is Sata, a man who wants to use people and later dump them like doormats. Westerners are so clever that they cannot be deceived by anybody. In 2006 they voted for MMD when they realised that someone by the name of Saki wanted to use them for Sata’s good.
Sakwiba sikota . Sikota wina. Venon mwangwa. Have no bearin on their native land.
You are right Madam PF National Chairperson.
WE ARE PROUD THAT WESTERN PROVINCE IS NOW THE PF STRONG HOLD.
MMD MOURNERS, say what you want but the fact remains that through your carelessness in the Mongu killings, shootings and arrests, you lost your once stronghold,Western Province. We are sharing Eastern Province mind you.
SATA AND PF 2011.
These politicians, Just tell us what you are going to do for the nation ala. Ok, Pf wins in then what? Explain the 90 days economic miracle because we want to understand the concepts. Not every time mmd this and that. Talk about how you are going to run the nation if you want our votes. No wonder mulushila, and then you talk of rigging which you cant even prove.
37 the one,
” Talk about how you are going to run the nation if you want our votes. ”
The PF have a manifesto out where they describe their attitude towards government and development. It is available at the patriotic-front /com website.

Senior Citizen has changed his status to Emanuel Mwamba
Keep dreaming I really cant wait for the election date to be announced.
38 i dont agree with u.old people hav the best way of leading us cause as a youth i hav seen alot of mistakes made by young leaders.eg kapoko,hh,the late castrol, late nkumbula etc, their behaviours are all similar, kulibonesha ta.how does someone who gets 4million own vehicles which cost dozens of millions where does he get the money.bukabwalala.so let those that hav responsibilities rule.tym for change is here.i wish i will sacrifice my vote for the old father SATA.
There are lot of dreamers on this forum… Anyway, dreaming is permitted so that you continue counting the ghost votes from your phantom supporters in your sleep… Just wait for D-Day and you will get the shocker of your life… ADVISE: Procure some shock absorbers to cushion the effects of political trauma after D-Day!!!
Munshebwa………..ala uno mwaka we are decided.Nothing will change this. Its kind of love affair,PF/Zambia,chanda chimbala,Dollar Siliya(why not Naliya),Ronnie tabakakwate nokwakubutukila.Last min desperate measures will take you nowhere.U forget so soòn,you rehabilitated roads in chifubu b4 the by-elections,what happed?
DON’T KUBEBA
KUNCHI TWABEBA AFTER ELECTIONS
bo sinonge, you have to be pf in order to understand non-sense
#33 I have got your point, thanks. Perhaps she gets something for taking this stance!!
# 15 MMD has always been in a panic mood from one election to the other for years and still wins an election. the only diffence in this years election is that MMD will win with a landslide. this is despite Satana addressing a sea of crowds doctored by the POST. the last election on voting day SATA addressed the ‘hugest’ rally which was pasted on all pages in the Post. SATA still lost. equally in 2001 and 2006 sata repeated the same feet of gigantic rallies but was still walloped by Mazoka and Levy. you see sata is late Kadansa reincurnate. so ‘most’ people go to attend his rally to listen to comedy like the 90day miracle. this time around RB will win by over 60% of the vote and therfore DONT’KUFYONO you unindustrious PF cadres. sata is going into a comma like Ariel Sharon afta polls
the way God works I see an invisible hand of God. God will not allow homosexual acts and homosexual inclination and gays and (sebians) lesbians rights to replace christianity in Zambia
sata is not a democratic. he chased all the miyandas the tembos the nawakwis so that Chiluba can adopt him. but God used chiluba to adopt a more saner person in Mwanawasa. after that Satana formed his own party but has never held a national convention for over 11 years. a dictator who God will never allow to rule this country. in ’06 sata said Chiluba was innocent but he has flip flopped several times and today chiluba is guilty to the core according to sata’s law of justice. on windfall tax sata said the tax was devilish but he has summersoted to say the tax is good afterall despite the fact that no country in the world practices this tax regime. in shifting gaol posts sata has exhausted all goal posts positions on the pitch. next time the COBRA will take the goal posts in the terraces
sata thanked levy for facilitating the removal condensed smoke in his ventricals but later summersoted to say that the initiative by levy was political and public affairs stint. Guy (Gay) Scott promised to refund the govt but the chaps have not done so

Mr K i thank u.
ALINASWE koswe please read the PF manifesto.(& check out the meaning of the word manifesto in a dictionary.)
again sata said” laws are there what remains is to implement them”this (if u r sane) does not mean u support sodomy, unless the Zambian law Sata was talking about supports it.DOES IT?
Your thinking is appallingly shallow.
This year baletila DoNcHi kuBebA.
You right man. It can even get into convulsions. MMD Come down.
GIVE SATA A CHANCE, HE’S HARD WORKING, HE DESERVES IT
Sata is hardworking at antagonising others and backpeddaling on many isues he has put across, when it suits him.
It will be Good if Inonge is right, We want change of Government, i only wish we supported the right party and not the Cobra, it showed us its colours tens of being in Power, If dont run know we will be biten this time around. Lets not behave like Man-u against Barce. Viva HH, the only Candidate with a vision, Its not too late Zambia
