Zambia landed in Khartoum under the cover of darkness on Thursday ahead of Saturday’s battle against Sudan.
The African champions landed in Sudan at 20:30 hours after a 30 minute delay on a Kenya airways flight from Nairobi.
Zambia are lodged at Hotel Corinthians just 20 minutes walk from Al Hilal hotel where Saturdays 2014 world Cup Group D match will be played.
Meanwhile, midfielder Joseph Sitali says he will not despair in his bid to earn a place in the national team after being dropped from the Chipolopolo Squad that is in Sudan for Saturday’s 2014 World Cup qualifier.
Sitali said he will continue working hard to secure a place in the in the national team.
The Power Dynamos skipper said he respects coach Herve Renard’s decision to drop him.
“As a player I think I did my best and I will continue working hard,” he said.
” The coach talked to me about his decision and encouraged me to work hard,” Sitali added
Sitali was one of two players Renard dropped for the Sudan clash together with defender Aaron Katebe of Zimbabwean club Hwange.

Joseph Musonda should have been ample time to recover, he has had very little if any game time since Afcon 2012. Time to try out new players. All the best to the players!
