Zesco Win Mozambique 4-Team Tournament

Zesco United has won the four-team invitational Cabora Bassa tournament in Mozambique beating hosts HCB Songo 2-1 in the final played in Songo on Sunday.
Zesco, who finished third in the Super Division this season, scored through striker Jackson Mwanza and midfielder Maybin Mwaba.

The Wedson Nyirenda coached side reached the finals on Friday beating Ferroviaro Maputo 3-1 in the semi-finals.

Strikers Lottie Phiri, Innocent Mwaba and Winston Kalengo were on the score sheet for the Ndola side.

Songo thumped Chingele Tete 5-0 in Friday’s first semi-final.
