  1. congrats to all those sports men and women. The govt should bulid more sports infrastruture if we really have to be on top in sports.

  2. Well done MoS! That is how to grow the sports fraternity in Zambia.

This helps our sports people to give their all for the entertainment and development of our nation.

  3. Why didn’t you privately issue this statement to them before the games..it would have been a motivational booster…you would have even asked the private sector to sponsor this incentive instead of taxpayers funds; that’s the reason why you have official team sponsors for these events.

  4. I certainly want to believe Kambwili means well but it remains a fact to date that, through FAZ, our national team have yet to see the AFCON prize money.

Please, Mr. Kambwili will you sort this out before January.

    Thank you.

  5. THOUGH IAM NOT PF SUPPORTER ON THIS ONE I SALUTE KAMBWILI.THIS WILL ENCOURAGE AND MOTIVATE TO TAKE PART IS SPORTS . WE WANT MEDALS AT THE NEXT OLYMPICS

  6. Now this is what we’ve been telling you all along, PF = action. Headless opposition leaders are trying hard to throw spanners in the works but we are determined to move this slumbering nation forward and i ask all you doubter to come back after 5 years you will be amazed.

    • Every time there is spot all those who win medals are given something and it is not a PF making, it has been there all along mwe bantu muli batutu saana. Nothing that PF has changed in this case. Nothing new. Ask kalu and other spots men they will tell you.

  7. Paul Bwalya you must learn to appreciate the PF govt is doing what other govts have failed to do and there you are bosting about giving you girlfriend 3000 pounds maybe you have never even given your mother 50pin,shame!

  8. So at today’s exchange rate they approximately received $2800, $1900, and $1400 respectively. A complete insult! This is not even the ‘sitting allowance’ of some govt officials or the ‘Constitution Review Group’. My goodness have some respect!

  9. those that are complaining should know that the prize money i fine. afterall we were going in free. they didn’t raise money from the audience.
