E-Mail 'Guy Scott directs Livingstone DC to give free food to the people of Sikute,Livingstone' To A Friend

1. Did these people in Sikute only start starving now during the livingstone campaigns?Why weren’t they given relief food before the campaigns because we shall now start thinking Guy Scott is trying to buy votes especially that the platform this directive was given was at a political rally.

BS!!! i am in a district where people rushed to the District commissioner’s office and cried hunger, the minister got the story, pressured Permanent Secretary, PS told DC to give out food and THATS when they asked advice from technocrats in Dept of Agriculture how they should do it. Agric told them that giving relief food without visiting the areas and confirming will result in everyone crying for relief fiid coz there will be free maize. now DC is in a fix coz everyone will go to his office

   • That is why it is important to profile citizens/ communities so that you have an idea of what you’re dealing with in the event of a threat be it natural or man made. As things are their is no telling who’s who.
     SENARIO: A street vender on freedom way in LSK on hearing of this relief food, will use his last earnings to get on a bus to go claim some for her/himself only to come back and sell along the road. Let us learn to be hands on and practical. sangwapo tayafwa.
