The ruling PF in Lusaka’s Matero Constituency has warned that groups opposing the ongoing endorsement for President Sata for 2016 will not be tolerated.

PF Matero Constituency Chairman Morgan N’gonga told a news briefing in Matero that the constituency has fully endorsed President Sata for the 2016 polls.

Mr. N’gonga said President Sata deserves to be supported by all well-meaning PF members.

“For us, President Sata is our candidate in 2016 and beyond. We have since endorsed him as our President for life,” Mr N’gonga said as audience full of PF youths cheered him on.

He explained that President Sata has initiated a number of developmental projects in the two years he has served as Head of State.

“For those who do not agree with our endorsement, we are warning them that Matero is a no go area for them. We will deal with them if they continue opposing what we are doing.

Mr N’gonga revealed that Matero now joins three other constituencies such as Chawama, Kabwata and Kanyama in endorsing President Sata for the 2016 general elections.

    • Deliver on election campaign promises instead of try to divert the country from serious national issues.

With these unproductive endorsement squabbles getting louder everyday, PF is seriously and actively digging its own grave

    • GBM & Kabimba might “reconciled” at the funeral of Sakeni, but that don’t mean GBM’s campaign should be stopped.
GBM is distributing wealthy well, he is creating economy for The Post Newspaper to write stories, he is buying T-shirts and distributing free.
Youths get opportunity to buy soap to shower before going for protests or fight each other.
Chibuku is on demand because of the GBM endorsement campaign.
I can go on… including Police Officers buying more polish for the boots, because everyday they are out behind the PF youths.
I am happy Kambwili gets along with GBM.

    • “For us, President Sata is our candidate in 2016 and beyond. We have since endorsed him as our President for life,” Mr N’gonga
      lol

    • These are simply politics of the belly in the hope that Sata notices them for reward and better income. Matero is a small part of Zambia, where anybody especially Zambians should venture into at will without fear of these so called PF bandits. Infact, these are the very mouths that will be singing and cheering the next president to be “wamuyayaya”…

  1. Is there no other news mwebantu! Nayo PF is like a bored dog that has just found an old bone to play with. Any news on Lucky Mulusa?

  2. Dirty politics indeed, always fighting one wonders why everyone wants to be the head of state, i cant even imagine how much war we should expect by this time next year!

    • @cindy
on the flip side of this, this is part of growing up for `young` PF ,,,, in order to stand the test of time,,, PF needs to face and overcome challenges.. there is no smooth sailling in life… for you to be hard and succed you need pass through fire!!!

    • @ Ndobo,
I suppose this fire is way too premature for my liking, where ever this ship is sailing to, i hope the storm will calm down soon, otherwise, i can foresee the captain throwing the other crew members off the ship, lets hope they have life jackets.

    • @cindy
look fire/challenges come anytime, premature, mature, post-mature… anytime they come!! this is infact a good test for PF, this can help strenghten the party if well managed or weaken break the party if mishandle..
This also happened in MMD in the second year of FTJ`s rule but MMD survived,, UPND went through the same after Mazoka die,
If you dont mind, i will tell you the truth,,, this issue is deep!! both kabimba and GBM are big and close to Sata in PF…. The first step to solving this, is to take Mmembe out of the equation,, Mmembe is fuelling this fight!!
But life goes with or without PF!!!

    • @ Ndobo,
i sure get curious how you always touch membes topics, i kinder get an idea that you might be having the whole truth to this saga, sadly enough am 100% sure that even if that were true, you wouldnt let us in on it, every time i see your comments on Kabimba, GBM and Membe i itch to hear just a little bit more of what you know, but you never get that far, I dont know the history of this Membe fella, i guess i love the way his movie has been scripted, i bet the fire works from within the party will one day pop up higher and the trueth will fall from the skies….. hihihi i cant wait!

  3. Idoicy! Three years to go and you are already endorsing some old person for a further 5 year term. Just goes to show the kind of politics we espouse. That which is devoid of critical analysis but revolving around a benevolent individual. The author is Sata himself otherwise if he genuinely believed in democracy he would have put this to an end. Poor grassroot nonetities are busy maiming each other and no supposedly in authority can’t put this to an end. Should anyone die, we all know whose hands will be blood stained.

  4. I thought no-go areas are only found in Somalia. is this why many believe Zambia is a failed state?
In many countries this PF official would be questioned for openly threatening violence.

    • Well the endorsement as Life President should not be misconstrued…life president for the PF as a party(after all he founded it from scratch,it’s his!) and NOT Zambia! Naaa we cant back to stone age (Kaunda) politics of wamuyayaya!

  5. Aleisa, Aleisa. 1diots busy endorsing each other, but those endorsements will not reduce the price of meallie meal or fuel or increase employment rate. only hungry hyenas are endorsing sata in exchange for packets of chibuku and a few coins to buy pamela. aaaaah eish, belching, yaaba, had too much chips and chicken at the Grill

  6. That cadre is sick,is it guy scott who told him about sata being life president after what he saw in north korea? These cadres ought to be disciplined bt unfortunately its kabimba who will be hammered very soon given Gbm’s muscle in organising these cadres.

  7. you opposing sata are you sure if you we’re sata and worked as he worked in opposition ,you would even tolarate this nonsense in the name of party democracy ?sata put an end to this stupidity and let’s concentrate on development..

  8. Poor Mothers, So sad that they are being dragged in to Politics they don’t even benefit from. It’s really unfortunate to see how fast PF is disintegrating, would serve everyone’s Interests if the President Just spoke his minds out. Is he standing in 2016 or in-search of a Younger Candidate to stand on PF ticket. Keeping quite will just bring more divisions and has an impact on the Progress of our Country’s Economic Development Programs.

  9. @ Ndobo, how do U justify fighting in an organization like that? I some times pity Membe thought honestly I don’t like his evil talk of others. The problem in PF is not Membe but GBM is the problem. GBM, Willy Nsanda are bullies just look at the way they treat their wives. They are bad peaple than Kabimba. They are also trible comflics in PF just look at the Kabimba camp all Tongas are heaped in their and they will be flashed out and that’s the truth. The real problem is not the what they saying it is but the GBM camp is clever in oder to push the other out he made that Sata thing which these people seem to say the same thing. If U listen to both of the camps, they say Sata is going to stand un opososed in 2016. But bembas don’t want Tongas and are fighting them out.

simon does that sound like justifying anything to you??.. i was just making an observation and am not a PF cadre to justify anything they do. For once i personally donot care if PF MURDER itself

If you not see or heard of mmembe´s involvement in this fight by now you must be a new zambian born yesterday.

    • you dont know what you are talking about… go and read my comments again.. there is NO justifying of anything!!
Holly fred mmembe must be your relative for you to be that blind!!

    • @Cindy and Ndobo are having a mature exchange of opinions and i m liking it, i with it was like this always………..

  10. Just brings me sad memories of the ‘UNIP mulilo, waikata wapya’ era where the Kamalondos and Fines Bulawayos reigned supreme. As if this was not enough then came FTJ Chiluba’s third term attempt. These memories make me have sleepless nights literally because apparently it seems us Zambians never learnt anything from this horrific history. Once we have a President we want him to rule forever ati niwamuyaya (omnipotent). Honestly such debates make me feel like puking!

  11. This is what happens when banana republics built their foundations on personalities rather than building on istitutionalized rules.

  12. In civilized societies, when a political thorny issue arises, its quickly taken to a relevant institution for a thorough civilized debate. A vote then takes place to determine the outcome and then whatever comes out from the voting is respected. The Brits defeated their Government over the Syrian issue. David Cameron gracefully conceded defeat. Though Obama has power to wage war without approval of congress, he’s anyhow taken it to congress for debate.

In our country, illiterate cadres led by semi illiterate politicians will start bizarre debates that lead to nowhere, its all normal for us. There after attempts are made to drag the whole Nation in such futile exercises at the expense of building a meaningful society. Its a tragedy of huge magnitudes. Its so sad! But this is Africa.

  13. ”For us, President Sata is our candidate in 2016 and beyond. We have since endorsed him as our President for life,”
    1)Voice of despair,
    2)Politics of poverty
    3)Kaponya Mentality
    4)A divided house
    Conclusion;DIVIDED THEY FALL….

  14. This Mr N’gonga sounds like an uneducated villager,a champion of misrule,an anti democratic demagogue and a rogue ass kissing politician.

  15. Honestly can Kabimba chalenge Sata at a convetion or or public election?Membe advise the yungman properly. How can he thnk like tht fr sure? This man has no constituency! He has never felt electoral shivers not envn as councilor!Let us be realistic. Now GBM is is a star has managed his target.Politcal timing.

  16. The Matero constituency officials were indirectly sending a warning to Miles Kilometer Sampa.

GBM has immerse influence and support of PF grass roots than Wynter Maize Kabimba.

The Mmembe, nchito Wynter Masebo group has been stopped in their own tracks by GBM.

  17. You will be disappointed for the rest of your lives. Things Change and only God is the one who give us our Leaders to be. You are just used like Brooms to sweep the date out.

  18. THERE IS NO HONOR AMONG THIEVES. NOW THEY ARE BAYING FOR EACH OTHERS BLOOD. LET THEM WIPE EACH OTHER OUT SO THAT ZAMBIAN CAN GO BACK TO BEING A CIVILIZED COUNTRY IT WAS NOT LONG TIME AGO.

  19. This is a sad development. The President needs to make a public statement on his position in this matter to avoid bloodshed, if he is a true democrat.

  20. Hold on Hold on. The endorsement is a PF internal issue and n’gonga is spot on for their Party coz PF is Sata and Sata is PF.

  21. Endorsements are not the making of GBM or other cadres. These are gimmicks of the Presido aimed at diverting People’s attention from real issues affecting them. Surely how can matters of 2016 come this early when they have not done what they promised the people? I thought it is the honoring of the promises they made which should endorse them. It is gratifying that Zambian have moved from such politics and no one can fool them. they are able to read between the lines. PF you are waiting your precious time as your tricks will not work.
