Patriotic Front (PF) national chairperson Inonge Wina has refuted assertions suggesting that the ruling party will collapse after President Micheal Sata completes his tenure of being its leader.

Defense Minister Geoffrey Mwamba has been recently quoted in the media to have allegedly predicted that the PF risks disintegrating and crumbling should President Sata not run for a second term.

Ms. Wina has however maintained that the ruling PF is not a one man party that it would collapse after President completes his constitutional tenure of being leader of the party.

Ms. Wina who is also Gender Minister notes that the ruling PF still remains strong at both grassroots level as wells at the higher party structure level across the country.

Ms. Wina has also maintained that the membership of the party still remain committed to paying allegiances to President Michael to lead and direct the path in which the PF ought to go as it governs the country.

She has further noted that President Sata has a vision for the party and to develop the country.

The PF national chairperson was speaking to Qfm in an interview.

    • @wanu ngwee
she is not your sister, (your comments shows that you cant be more than 40yrs),, she is your auntie or grany mum,,

address masebo or Dora as your sisters not Boma Wina

    • @Ndobo naimwe defending Boma Inonge as if. Even someone wishes his woman to be like Boma Wina, can back-off. Unfortunately I ended with a Latino, if was a Zambian I could have consulted Ba Inonge to introduce me to her sisters & nieces. The three:
      Charlotte, Inonge & Muka Yama I can…

    • Oh please I want to puke! What the hell is Boma? For christ’s sake these are two separate words. It’s Bo Ma Wina or Bo Mma Wina not Boma!

    • @mwenda
wena,,,whats your problem? just puke if you WANT to puke,, not drag people into your puke,.. you have the choice to correct or not if you so wish,, but you dont jump around showing off for nothing.. am also lozi ,, town lozi if you donot mind..there is nothing wrong with Boma or Bo ma.. the meaning is that same

    • @Ndobo. Spellings are either correct or wrong. Bo and Ma are two different words. It does not matter whether one is a Town Lozi (sic) or whatever other type of Lozi as per your weird classification.

    • @Legal Guru
thank you for correction you pure lozis but i sure you got the meaning of whatever i said!!
I lose or gain NOTHING for spelling lozi correctly and i rarely use it anyway… besides Lozi is a dying language like many african languagues

    • PF can no-longer hold itself because of the apparent ambivalence of the PF leadership to rise to the occasion and arrest the unfolding events in the party. The party leadership spent most of its time engineering splits within the opposition at the expense of its own, the leadership ignored the cracks that were slowly emerging within its ranks. The writings of cracks in PF were so clear on the wall. The dearth of wisdom in PF to address the challenges that have engulfed the party is mind boggling, it is everything but destructive to the party and may affect the entire width and breadth of the country’s governance since PF is a ruling party.

  1. ….Aka ka muchembele nakeve! No body even respects her. Ati ni ka Chair lady of the party and yet she cant even call a meeting or discipline anyone! What a waste of space she is!! In fact she is just confirming that ka PF will disintergrate when SataN goes…Nobody said it would so why make that statement!! At best she is hallucinating after realising that her worst fears are already happening so early in their first term.

    • How can she call for a meeting to discipline anyone when she is in Kabimba/mmembe`s camp… and she is mmembe`s `mother`

And dont forget she was promised vice presidency if provide baroste support for Sata and she did but sata dribbled her,,,
PF`s ending will be nasty,,, ……seleni tumfweko!!

    • Inonge Wina is just being used for Tribal balancing reason in PF otherwise she’s not a factor at all.To blind some dull pipo to think that PF embraces other tribes.Infact, Sata is NOT BEMBA,though he has really turmished the reputation of the well-meaning/True Bembas from Chinsali,Mporokoso,Kasama

  2. Its like Saddam’s press minister Comic Ali saying we are killing the Americans while the Americans were bombing is security ministry in the middle of the city…

Wake up from your slumber Mama

We are seeing your backside in 2016

  3. Good evening

All this focus on the president and the ruling party is becoming too overbearing.

In a democracy, the focus should be on the republic and it’s citizenry. Politicians and parties will come and go but Zambia will (and must) remain forever. Having said that, I hope our leaders get wiser and put aside all the unnecessary political noise (at least until election time) and begin to focus on more serious issues like improving the living standard for the broader masses of our country.

    • Another sitting on the fence comment that says nothing from whats his face Chale. He cant come out in the open and criticise his Bemba brethren, instead he hopes they will get wiser! Ukwa and the great bag of manure get wiser!!!???

  4. Yebo !!! Yes Inonge you are right, there is a lot of potential in our party.Even me as Saulosi i`m a potential presidential candidate.Five years down the line I will get my post doc and ten years after I should be ready for the big post.I know my fellow bloggers will crucify me but this is the reality. Fingers crossed.

    • @ndobo I will appoint you as minister of youth and child development.Nostradamus(with an American flag) will be minister of tourism.Support Saulosi ten years from now.

    • Ha ha ha ha! Remember…every PF President has to have certain qualifications.
1.should be sick so doesn’t rule 4 too long
      2. Should bring comedy in speeches
      3. should at-least carry a urine bag.

Do you really even want to qualify for PF presidency? lol!

    • Okay ndobo point taken.I will put you in that position@Mop ok I will think about it but I don`t think this is the right time.I`m not even qualified yet for the big position because of the 35 years and above clause@Lumbani…thanks man.President Saulosi will be a man of the people.I will cut taxes, revive falling industries, encourage agriculture and ofcouse reduce my cabinet to only 10.

  5. PF is Sata and Sata is PF in the same way Kaunda faded with UNIP. MMD is the only party that has successfully accommodated outsiders and allowed them to lead. Vice presidents should qualified enough to be natural successors of a party. Clearly in this role has been diluted in the PF party. I dread to think what our country would be with Scott as president.

  6. Ka Na Wina is next to be targeted by the unruly PF cadres. Insults will soon rain on her. She shouldn’t forget she has been lamped together with the Wynter kabimba group. Her friend Kilometer Miles Sampa has U- turned and busy now endorsing Grade 4 drop Out SATA the loudest after having insulted GBM.

  7. PF is not a proper party with proper internal elections, its a personality cult held together by one man’s interests above all of the other bickering “members” interests. With all the infighting no way can this rickety boat make it ashore.

  8. In the light of her nephew’s (Mmembe) misapplication of the norms of journalism, it seems Mrs. Wina is so frightened up to the bone that she has to resort to creating a SMOKE-SCREEN in order to hide Mmembe’s anti-Sata clandestine war games.

  9. This is unbelievable. Its either Inonge Wina is the most delusional Chair person of a political party in Zambia, or ba LT have missed something in her comment. Ba LT, can I suggest you include a short video clip for crazy stories like this, so that we do not accuse you of putting your own spin to it.

  10. As fr now Pf need reorganistion fr sure!Acept thngs not gud& yet u ve practical ongoibg projects coubtrywide.Lets work hard & accept errors before hand.Work hard pls.

  11. She seems right but there need to be discipline just like the
Post say right now there are people taking advantage of the
Situation of no discipline and imposing their will creating
    An imaginary opponents

  12. Madam Inonge Wina i have a question for you, ‘ ok if you are true PF member answer this question ”what does the word SHINGANANANI mean?”.

  13. Mama be wise b4 u 4 in ditch, yo friendz who are wize are resigning meaning their is no future. The Acc wil be on u soon. Na besa hoty!!!

  14. Dont ask parables in public with personal motives!Circumstantial parables.Shibukeni thngs must be corected befire hand. Why infighting?

  15. Kabimba Needs an Exit Strategy
When do we cross the line of disgrace in politics? There is perhaps no single answer here accept that those who failed to see the line have irretrievably gone into political oblivion. The opposite is true of the many who left when they had a bit of credibility. Among them: Sata, VJ, Mpombo, Masebo just to name a few.
In the near near future, all the branches of PF will massively endorse President Sata. Will Kabimba manage to lead from his party as the SG from  behind? Even if some branches do not endorse Sata, will Kabimba lead them in daylight and within the PF from the same PF secretaries whose doors were welded by his opponents? If he can not answer these questions in the affirmative, Kabimba has become a disgraced PF member not because he is a bad man…

    • ….yes…not because he is a bad man…but because kabimba knows something that the public does not know….& thats that Sata may not make it to 2018. Once that happens…PF Premature death.

    • @Shi Lubemba the suggestion retirement relates to the hopelessness that the poor old lady finds herself. I’m not from the northern part of Zambia and right now wouldn’t care less if the entire pf went into the titanic and all perished. Am feeling sorry for this woman expanding energy on unattainable goals.

  16. but simply because he has exposed himself.
There are only 3 options for his political viability: 1. Foreign service, 2. Eat the vomit and endorse Sata with full speed. He will remain disgraced but with good spinning and time, viability is possible. 3. Exit completely in the way of general Miyanda at the height of MMD third term call and wedge a lonely but long term fight to political resurrection. Time is the only asset that appear to bring back some shred of public affection to those who slide from relevance. A strategy of silence, servitude, and punctuated bootlicking as pursued by Lubinda is not feasible because his power base lies solely in one man, the president, who has elected to be quite.

  17. BLOGGING SITES LIKE LT, ZWD HAVE BECOME IRRELEVANT BECAUSE IT IS JUST THE SAME PEOPLE COMMENTING ON EVERY TOPIC. THE USUAL SUSPECTS. THEYADD NO NEW IDEAS. JUST BY READING THE NAME OF THE BLOGGER YOU CAN KNOW THEIR VIEW. ITS MONOTONOUS. CAN THE EDITORS PLEASE SCREEN SOME OF THESE PEOPLE. WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM OTHERS.

    • chi chisenga…you yourself are writing nonsense. let those who want to comment do so. i cant see anyone stopping anyone! If its same people commenting…let them. because where are the others? i cant see anything stopping them to express their view.

So you now go back into that hole where you crawled out from.

    • Chi chisenga get the big log out of your eye before you complain of the splinter in other people’s eyes. You’re just a hypocrite insulting others here…umbwa, kumbaff.

  18. Let this violent party of liars and inciters die off from its own infighting and greed for power from its greedy members.

  19. Liar this pf is not pipos party, it wants to chase out all non bembas no way a real pipos party can do wat we see now Kabimba has done absolutely no evil to pf.

  20. I predict a major reshuffle of the Cabinet and a number of people in government retired in national interest.

    Watch the space.

  21. yes. even me. i have been looking at the blank space above for the last 2 hours. im tired of watching the space. i’ll check later in 2 years time

  22. It’s hard to imagine that PF would survive without Sata . It looks like without Sata PF would simply tear itself to pieces. They are certainly heading that way. I am surprised they can’t see that the PF is in self-destruct mode already.

  23. Pf is dead in western, southern, n/west, eastern and central provinces. It is gasping on the copperbelt, luapula and Lusaka. Alive only in muchinga and northern

  24. Madam, only time will tell. Man (woman included) can make all sorts of pronouncements and predictions but only time has a way of revealing things. The future is not for you to tell.

  25. Come 2016 I am casting my vote on Haleisa Haleisa. Tired of Pama Fi, Pabu Fi, Pa Fyongo. Shame on you PF. Zambia has so many needs more important than this Pama Fi endorsement

  26. Boma Inonge, though you are thought to belong to the Weather group, I would advise you not to enter the fray now, cause you may hit by a mortal blow. By your stature, you don’t belong to this drama.

  27. Yes Bo Inonge ,stay away from the circus. Leave the Weatherman and the big one to sort each other out. This movie doesn’t need extras or minor characters like you..Anxiously waiting for part 3 to see the weatherman screaming for dearlife. The Cobra has the script ready and fate is ready to direct it. Inonge dear! ,SABA WASHWA .

  28. Why Can’t Sata just tell people he is not standing?? Talking to reliable sources, we hear the Man does not want to stand?? Rumors are everywhere, so why has he kept quite??
Mama Wina, in a perfect world, the party should not disintegrate after Sata’s tenure. But seeing what’s happening with PF?? That will be a very difficult task. Looks for now that PF is one man show therefore will break apart.

  29. Ima wina you have a big task of succession in your party, and if you can manage it and induce dissipline amoung members you may have a chance in 2016

  30. Inonge Wina is a Pilot Captain in control of a full flight schedule of political prostitution. Who among the Lozis is considered worthy of being a Vice President or Cabinet Minister in the PF Party and Government? This goes for other appendages drawn from Eastern and Southern provinces who are exploited as useful tools to flag PF as a national organisation. The resignation of Davis Mwila as Deputy Minister speaks volumes.

  31. On 23rdSept2013 PF will complete exactly two years in Government. No other party has performed progressively before in such a short time. At the rate PF is developing this nation, there will be no need of huge expenditure for campaigns in 2016 because development projects would show and campaign for the PF. Realistically the President does not need endorsements, his style of leadership and nationwide-spread devleopment projects are enough endorsements for him that is why I like him he does not waste time on press conferences but acts on development. Whenever he speaks it is sense of humour.. in Bemba ( I am not Bemba) the adage says; “akanama ka nseko tabakepaya)..humour spices life, it gives new lease of life..I really enjoy the President’s humour an humility.
