PATRIOTIC Front(PF) deputy secretary General Bridget Atanga has with immediate effect suspended party assistant secretary general in charge of politics Sikwindi Situla. Mr Situla is the the man alleged to be behind the formation of the fourth Republican Party

Ms Atanga said that this followed the recent revelations that Mr Situla was linked to the ‘Fourth Republic’ which was a parallel structure within the PF.

“I therefore find it appropriate to suspend Mr Situla and put him on defence,” Ms Atanga said.

And Sikwindi Situla has given those he alleged to be peddling lies about the party 24 hours to provide evidence failure to which he would take legal action.

Mr Situla challenged the alleged former interim president of the Fourth Republican party Lameck Kamalo to avail members of the public with all details of the party such as a duly completed forms prescribed by the Registrar of Societies among others, including appointment letters of office bearers especially that of Mr Kamalo.

He said the allegations against him and PF secretary general Wynter Kabimba were nothing but false, malicious and highly injurious to his persona, and that of his office adding that it was an act engineered by those in contention for a degree of political power.

Mr Situla said he had since instructed his lawyers Messrs Central Chambers to immediately commence litigation on all those involved in the generation and publication of false stories.

Yesterday I suggested to confer President Sata a rare Presidential award of a Nobel Price for the most Tribalistic President ZAMBIA has ever had but I received Tons and Tons of attacks from PF Thugs.but All i wanted was to say the truth that everyone tries to avoid. PF is the most tribal party on earth. Only a Bemba can lead PF.

    • PF is in a circus.Disciplining of full time party officials like Sikwindi Situla is surely the responsibility of The Secretary General who currently is Winter Kabimba.How then does the Deputy Secretary General suspend Sikwindi if at all Kabimba is still SG of PF? Looks like Kabimba is technically no longer PF SG.

I am not Bemba but I grew up in Bemba land what you have said ba Engineer about the bembas is actually the opposite. They are cultured, civilised and educated. You say they are thieves, who stole K2billion. Mind ba Engineer, your tribesmen are in all portofolios steal through allowances and giving themselves hefty salaries which is another form of stealing. Bembas have made strides in their education. You inquire from UNZA or CBU.

    • Ba Engineer, no one smokes. Be mature enough. If someone comments and post the opposite views or opinions it doesn’t mean they smoke. The first comment you made sounded like you are a Lumpen yourself. No one supports thieves. No one likes thieves. Can you mention anyone stealing. Don’t assume that everyone in government or politics are there to steal. Prove if you have evidence. I am not PF nor a politician but I can see massive infrastructure being built than never before. The government may have few lapses here and there but they are human bound to make errors just like you yourself Mr Engineer Australia is bound to make errors. You are not God.     • Sata is not Bemba by the way. He is Bisa but to gain power he sails though Bemba language. Look at his appointments. Bembas are fewer than Bisas and he is making sure Bemba Chiefs do not enjoy peace. Bembas are as victim as Lundas of Zambezi District. I see no difference.

Kabimba must equally be summoned by the ACC to provide them with information of corrupt cabinet ministers, a mere mention of Amoury, G. Chuumbwe’s house was ransacked by Zambia Police. Who is protecting who is this case? We want justice or at least law to be applied equally on Zambian citizens. We await for ACTION

    • Actually it was already saved, 2000 years ago. We are a saved nation. What is happening in PF cannot derail God’s plan for our Great Nation of Zambia.

  17. The reports are that the resignation letter of Kamalo had the following anormallies:

    (1) Letter head was Winter kabimba and Associate law firm (name wynter mispelt)

    (2) The letter was faxed from Mwamba’s (PS) office fax number 235410 at 08:27 hours

    (3) (The letter is stamped as having been received the same day by the Times of Zambia managing Director’s (Malama) office on the same day and Malama issued instruction on the letter the same day (“Interview the undersigned for details on the so called “Fourth Republic” MD .

    Anyway the drama continues. This is a pure tribal curtail. I serious regret having voted for them. Anyway we make mistakes in life. There is still 2016 and many more to come. Byeeee

  18. i was so hapy yesterday since it was my birth day.however,my happyness was short lived after i read news from the zwd that sata has trippled his salary in two years.this is the man many tribalists bembas,babylon the great(loman katolika),kaponyas and bus drivers thought he had the poor at heart.may cancer finish sata quickly.we need a selfless leader not someone who comes into power with 7 guns and k109000 and in two years is a bilion.

    • Most of the people who are complaining today of Sata appointing most Bemba speaking due to the support they gave him when these arm chair critics were insulting him day and night. Most of you remember very well how the MMD even paid Chanda Chiimba III documentaries demonising Sata. Politics is about patronage. Those people he has appointed were the ones who helped him financially, morally and encouraged him to soldier on despite te then prevailing wind when UPND and MMD were fighting the PF. To those saying the PF has no people with academic background carry out a simple research on how many PF ministers and members of parliament with Bsc,Masters,PHDs and compare them with any party in te country today.

JUDGEMENT.The case between SITULA V/S ATANGA.this issue b4 me is as trick as the case between SULESS DESAI V/S SATA 1990.there is no way Atanga can suspend Situla alone when the whole issue has many names involved my judgement will rely on what Sata did in 1990 over the third term bid he suspended all 22 names involved.I FIND ATANGA GUILT OF SAID OFFENCE OF SELECTIVE JUSTICE.

  28. We should research before giving positions to certain people. it is important to Look at political history and their social standing some of these people do not qualify for public office and to avoid embarrassing the party.

    Mr Sata please you are the president, intervene so that this comes to an end? Why are you so quiet when PF is being destroyed? Suspend all those involved, Mwamba and Kabimba must be suspended and this quarrel will be closed.

  37. All Zambian tribes qualify to be Presidents. We need each other. If one tribe feels discriminated they will seek each other and bunch up for survival. It is natural. What or who will unite all tribes? The answer is simple: The Head of State. He should be every tribe and above any tribe including his/her own.

  38. With all due respect, Bridget Atanga has powers to suspend a person within her authority – I think Bridget has made it clear that she cant suspend Wynter. How people are pushing Bridget to act beats me. She has made it clear that higher authorities will have to deal with Wynter, fairly and squarely. i support her stance on Sikwindi, if only to avail him time to defend himself.

    EMMANUEL MWAMBA is the creator of the Fourth Republican Party story. It is just a matter of time before Mwamba’s day of reckoning comes. NOBODY is cleverer than life, one day it always catches up with you, no matter how clever you think you are. EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY, and so has this dog Mwamba. Zambia is bigger than an individual, it brings down even presidents back to earth: ask Kaunda, Chiluba, and Rupiah Banda. This tribalistic insect Mwamba, who is supposed to be a civil servant, cannot derail the political stability of this country deliberately just for money. The net is slowly tightening and it will soon catch up with him. Right now Chikwelete is in s.h.i.t because as a suspended member he is not allowed to stand in an election according to PF constitution.

  48. Just let Zambia be partitioned into federal states with central government based in Lusaka and administered by a well balanced team of experts from each state. This is the only way to emancipate the rest of other tribes from the ever-growing bemba domination.
    Instead of leading the country to prosperity they have been quarreling and fighting each other for the presidency for well over a month. Enough is enough.
